AN OPEN LETTER TO PRESIDENT TRUMP / A CALL TO ACTION ON COVID-19

Dear President Trump,
Congratulations to you and all of America on a resounding historical victory and the opportunity to remake the Republic in accordance with the blueprints provided by the Founding Fathers.
On behalf of millions of Americans, I implore you to make the victims of the COVID-19 “pandemic” an immediate priority for your incoming administration.
What makes these Americans victims is the nature of COVID-19 not as a “pandemic,” but as a construct of enterprise fraud prosecutable under RICO statute.
Since 31 Dec 19, the analysis and investigation into COVID RICO crimes has consumed an inordinate but necessary portion of my entire life and it cost me everything – literally.
The team for which I work has been in federal court litigating the COVID RICO crimes for several years now and to no avail; however, the fight goes on as we prepare to soon refile in another circuit.
Additionally, I have my own federal litigation against my employer knowing that I was an Oregon public school administrator and teacher subject to then Governor Kate Brown’s mask and mRNA injection mandates; and where I refused to comply with both.
Moreover, my personal circumstances relative to my COVID analysis are a part of an ongoing US Supreme Court case in the form of an amicus curiae brief filing.
From the very beginning and quite literally standing alone at that time, I’ve been fighting to expose the COVID RICO crimes including directly approaching two school principals, the human resources director, the superintendent, the school district’s law firm on retainer, the county sheriff, local GOP leadership, superintendents in other school districts, the governor, peoples’ rights groups, various House and Senate members, a former Trump White House advisor [personal friend], former Trump Administration White House Counsel [through a direct personal back-channel], governors and officials in a number of states, mainstream and independent media, and others.
It has mostly fallen on deaf ears and blind eyes but now your second opportunity in the Executive provides a second opportunity to act accordingly and begin to right the wrong of COVID; beginning with its victims.
My circumstances motivated me to take personal action on COVID and that landed me on my team sponsored by two Oregon State Senators, led by a doctor and supported by a wide array of highly skilled and capable attorneys, judges and other professionals.
In my own case, we are scheduled for opening arguments in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals on 05 Dec 24 where I seek compensation for COVID damages caused by my employer’s enforcement of arbitrary and capricious COVID mandates issued by the State of Oregon.
My circumstances are devastating but not as devastating as those who have faced or will face injury, illness or death because of coercion, manipulation or mandate.
The governor’s mandates bore down directly upon me when the district returned to on-campus operations and applied State mask and mRNA injection mandates as a new function of existing employment.
By this time and on my own accord as a former fraud investigator, I had already written and made available to the list of individuals and entities above a 331-page forensic report on COVID-19 as a construct of enterprise fraud prosecutable under RICO statue; including 252 evidentiary exhibits.
In conjunction with local GOP leadership, every week for months on end I would present that report and its exhibits weekly to small groups of local Americans seeking the truth about the distinction between what was happening to them v. what was being done to them.
Beyond those folks, no one would listen but it didn’t matter because there was no chance I would ever comply with such a blatantly political construct of enterprise fraud and I could prove it to the legal threshold required in a court of law.
That decision had disastrous consequences.
Before it acted, the district required me to execute a form with respect to the action it would take and therein, I placed the district on written notice relative to the enterprise fraud of COVID-19 as it intersected with my employment.
In February 2021, the district’s actions placed me on unpaid leave and remarkably, that is where I remain to this day encroaching on four years later and despite being forced to leave the state in January 2022.
The district cited my noncompliance with State mandates as the reason for my placement on unpaid leave and then it began ramming me through the disciplinary process in relentlessly going after my teaching license, ergo my livelihood; right up until I retained counsel and filed suit.
At the same time, the State of Oregon and then governor Kate Brown issued COVID unemployment rules that specifically denied benefits to anyone who was noncompliant with the State’s COVID mandates.
Citing fraudulently predicated data, Governor Brown issued arbitrary and capricious COVID mask and mRNA injection mandates that failed the test of common sense given that in a supposed “pandemic,” the mandates only applied to healthcare workers and educators as if the SARS-CoV-2 virus could discriminate by the occupation of its hosts.
Not by accident, healthcare and education represent the largest combined sector of employers in America and by a wide margin.
Moreover, the arbitrary and capricious mask mandate flew in the face of decades of conventional and widely accepted medical evidence indicating that masking is an ineffective barrier protection against viruses.
In aggravating form, the State then egregiously contradicted itself by issuing conflicting mask guidance on mitigating seasonal wildfire smoke.
According to a robust aggregate fact set, it was clear that the State’s COVID mitigation policies were a thoughtfully and deliberately premeditated construct of legal coercion that was assembled to deliver functional bankruptcy onto those to whom it applied – the largest combined sector of employment of healthcare and education workers.
This aggregate fact sets clearly evidences federal crimes that are included in a substantial list of other COVID federal and RICO crimes.
This broader criminality cost me everything and in my case, the purveyors wittingly committed it because I directly confronted them in writing with the forensic evidence, which they refused to receive, of course.
The product of the State’s mandates and the district’s enforcement of them resulted in me not receiving any form of pay since February 2021 and it functionally bankrupted me as designed.
I expired all of my $31,000 of cash life savings trying to hold onto everything it took me 50 years to modestly assemble in a scenario where my path to retirement was set and I was living in the dream home in which I intended to retire.
In the end, I would lose my job, career, reputation, home, cash life savings, truck, healthcare, benefits, full retirement and more.
After a year of waiting-out the insanity of COVID, I was down to my last $1,000 with no remaining options but to sell my home in order to capture the equity in it to continue providing for myself in a state where employment was the same impossibility as receiving unemployment benefits.
This necessitated moving but I had no where to go.
Therefore, I did the only thing that made sense – I went looking for a new hometown where an American could live the way an American is supposed to live.
I placed all of my personal possessions into storage, rid myself of my truck, bought a van, moved into that van and then lived in it for 14 months as a homeless individual.
In the first three months alone I drove over 30,000 miles through 27 states going as far south as Mississippi and South Padre Island, Texas and as far east as the Tennessee-North Carolina border; all to find a new hometown.
My travels even took me to the Midwestern home of one of your former Oval Office Advisors.
Several box stores permit overnight camping in their lots and I spent a copious amount of time doing just that.
Through personal experience, I can attest that the COVID era of Third World homelessness entailing Americans living in squalor inside overpacked vehicles and RVs on the lots of big box stores was somber, sobering and difficult to fathom for this nation.
I spent most of my time in God’s country – Montana, Idaho and Wyoming – before settling down in a small southwestern Montana town that’s good for my soul and fits like a comfortable pair of broken-in boots.
The slithering tentacles of COVID still firmly maintain their grip on me with continued destructive effects, though.
The van was swapped out for a house in March 2023 but the only home I could afford was one built in 1927 and it required total restoration and renovation.
The only way to afford that work was to do it myself and since that time, I have lived in a construction project doing that work full time for no pay.
My living and working circumstances combined with my federal lawsuit against my employer and my activity in other litigation have made me tainted goods to prospective employers and lenders; with the net effect of closing off any meaningful pathways to opportunity.
It has become nearly impossible for me to gain new employment matching my qualifications and experience in the area where I now live.
It is also detrimental when you’re ripped away from your employment at the top of the pay scale and college graduates for such positions are substantially less expensive and a dime a dozen.
Having managed to hold on to a fraction of the equity from the forced sale of my home and to the extent that I could scrape-up a 10% down payment, I have most recently explored going back into debt as a borrower to become a small business owner.
I can’t even do that.
Due to my circumstances, I do not qualify for a conventional business loan.
Moreover and even more aggravating; and despite having been a homeowner since 1996 who maintains zero debt and liabilities of any kind and who has an impeccable credit score and credit history, I can’t even qualify for an unconventional business loan.
Tainted goods, indeed.
This is far, far away from the storied land of opportunity and more accurately, it’s a rigged system and I know you can relate, Sir.
It’s time to enact significant change for the betterment of all and rig that system FOR Americans; not AGAINST them.
COVID-19 decimated and eviscerated everything it took me 50 years to modestly assemble at the same time it prevents me from recovering; much less advancing.
The fraudulent “pandemic” is over but its detrimental effects that eliminated untold lives and incalculable generational wealth remains in a seemingly imperceptible but steadfast undercurrent of unmitigated devastation and destruction for millions.
Without intervention by the hands of good men and women, those millions of Americans will never recover what was stolen from them under the guise of a construct of enterprise fraud dressed-up like a pig in lipstick and called a “pandemic.”
I wasn’t a wealthy man to begin with, but COVID took everything I had, stuffed me into a van for 14 months and said ‘go pound sand.’
I started working when I was 15 years old and have paid into the system ever since as a self-reliant, self-dependent and independent individual.
The one and only time I ever had to rely on the system that I have paid into for my entire working life, the system stole everything I had and told me to go to hell.
My story is just one account of one victim of COVID-19 and in representing all victims of COVID-19, it alone is sufficient enough to make this a priority for the incoming Trump Administration.
Millions of Americans offer a similar or worse COVID account and it is past time to redress the crimes of COVID and present these victims with a remedy to make them whole again.
Today, my employer doesn’t require anyone to wear a mask or receive an mRNA injection as a function of their employment because it’s no longer politically valuable.
Today, I wonder when it is that I will get back my reputation, my career, my livelihood and everything it took me 50 years to modestly assemble so I can climb myself out of this chasm where little is left and most importantly, few opportunities lie ahead?
On behalf of all victims of COVID crimes, please make this matter an immediate priority for your incoming administration.

I feel your pain brother. This was the pinnacle of the Marxist destruction of our nation and our very livelihood.
Let me know if ever I can help, as I had the fortune of being in Texas and was able to avoid much of what you went through, although my resume has two large gaps wherein I lived off my savings for retirement to avoid complying with jobs requiring the jab.
I am hopeful that we will be able to redress what you and others have suffered.
It still pains me to see how many small businesses and non-chain restaurants have been permanently closed by the Covid wealth shift as I drive through the Metroplex.
While I agree that this needs to be of the highest priority, I do see a need to safeguard all avenues of escape for the perpetrators and to hold them accountable for the renumerations, so it may not be the first on their list of things to do.
Just a thought.
