China Yanks US Leash in Blinken Visit and Meeting with Xi Jinping
When the US Secretary of State arrives at the Chinese dog park and is immediately placed on a leash to be marched around a bunch of low-level officials, it's a reminder of who the boss is.
The State Department reports that, “Secretary of State Antony J. Blinken traveled to Shanghai and Beijing, the People’s Republic of China, for meetings with President Xi Jinping, Director of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) Central Foreign Affairs Commission and Foreign Minister Wang Yi, Minister of Public Security Wang Xiaohong, and Shanghai Party Secretary Chen Jining from April 24-26.”
This particular trip is notable for its timing relative to four things:
The Biden Administration’s evidenced proxy status for China achieved by private equity deals in energy with Joe Biden and decades of US infiltration and subversion
The encroaching 2024 election and its timeline
The likely prospects for a third World War and its timeline
The role that WWIII will have in interceding on one of two things: a) the election or b) Trump’s second term if he manages to get into the Executive as an “unavoidable circumstance.”
[All of that is old Moonshine to give us an appropriate lens for Blinken’s visit and newcomers are welcome to catch-up on their own.]
When Blinken’s trip was first announced, it immediately became one to monitor for a very good reason that we have examined and discussed before: the Chinese have an historical modus operandi of scripting controllable elements of diplomatic engagement in ways to undermine the potency of US diplomacy, which has sunken to its lowest levels in recorded history under Joe Biden and Barack Obama, who is pulling Joe’s strings from the shadowy backdrop in what amounts to his fourth term [he spent his third term getting rid of Donald Trump during DJT’s first].
The run-up to Blinken’s trip featured hostilities even if they were more subtle than overt and they included but weren’t limited to things like China’s co-conspiracy with domestic hostiles on COVID-19; China’s controversial designs for Taiwan; original jurisdiction in the South China Sea; China’s unprecedented political, economic and military alignment with Russia; and China’s alignment with Iran relative to Israel and the prospects of the Middle East being the long projected kinetic flashpoint for World War III.
It was reasonable to think that Blinken’s visit would be a rough one and it was.
In fact and noting that I didn’t place this into writing beforehand, the existing analysis and understanding of China’s diplomatic modus operandi led to the expectation that Xi Jinping would put Blinken on a leash and parade him around; yanking that leash at every constructed opportunity to show Blinken, Biden and the rest of the world who the master is and who the subservient is that must remain obedient.
Reporting from Gateway Pundit provides the confirming details on Blinken’s designed disastrous visit and it portrays the dog walk we expected as taken in order from the article:
“When leaving his plane in Shanghai, Antony Blinken was greeted without a red carpet.”
Blinken was “met by Shanghai Party Committee and Politburo member Chen Jining – a very low level local official [protocol dictates the head of the State Department should be met by the Minister of Foreign Affairs].”
In “the meeting with Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi…the Chinese diplomat openly displaying the adversarial tone of the meeting.”
Blinken [the US] was placed on notice when told “the US ‘should not interfere in China’s domestic affairs or suppress its development’, nor should it cross China’s ‘red lines’.”
“The United States should not interfere in China’s internal affairs, should not suppress China’s development, and should not cross Beijing’s red lines regarding China’s sovereignty, security and development interests.”
“China-US relations are facing various obstacles, ‘with negative factors that continue to grow and accumulate’.”
Despite the threat of sanctioning China, “Blinken could not convince China to stop helping Russia, or achieve any progress in the bilateral relations.”
““Beijing will not be able to achieve improved relations with Europe by supporting the greatest threat to European security since the end of the Cold War.””
“The meeting with Xi Jinping was the most embarrassing moment of the trip” with Xi caught on camera asking, ‘When will he leave?’”
After Blinken entered a mostly empty room, Xi’s body language was on full display extending his arm the least amount possible in an outward display of disrespect to Blinken.
When Blinken departed, “NO OFFICIAL CHINESE REPRESENTATIVES attended, and he was seen off by the U.S. Ambassador to China Nicholas Burns.”
Xi Jinping, the CCP and China own Joe Biden [CEFC China Energy Company], which is why China conspired with the Intelligence Community to fake a “pandemic” and steal an election to install Proxy Joe [see the illustrations below and visit the website for hundreds of articles of analysis on this].
As Secretary of State, incompetent Antony Blinken is an important and direct extension of Joe Biden’s Chinese proxy status and so Xi Jinping considers Blinken a dog in the same kennel as Joe; and his walk was evident to this end.
Upon arrival, Xi placed Blinken on his short leash and off to the dog show they went.
In attendance were low level officials who didn’t matter and they enjoyed watching each constructed yank on Antony’s leash.
Antony and the rest of the world learned that this is what you do when you are someone like Xi and you own someone like Joe and someone like the other dog in Joe’s kennel, both of whom are in complete service to you – you remind them.
And you remind them in front of everyone.
Nothing reminds better than a yank on the choke collar you’re wearing.
Of course and like everything else, that choke collar says, “Made in China.”
Blinken was yanked and reminded and so respective to the timing of it, the question becomes WHY?
The answer to WHY is disconcerting against the backdrop of the aggregate war analysis that contains a projected kinetic flashpoint +/- 3 months from the 05 Nov 24 election; most likely in Syria and directly enveloping Iran.
The exclusive analysis on 19 Dec 20 that identified a foreign policy shift away from China and back to NATO’s favorite “boogeyman” Russia was an initial component to the arduously evidenced positions holding that Russia and China would defy decades of convention to unite politically, economically and militarily, which I projected in March 2021, to oppose the US and any allies in a broader global conflict.
Moreover, it would be a global conflict that the US would lose by design where Proxy Joe is scheduled to take a dive for his master, Xi.
The same United Nations/WHO that led-out on the fraudulent COVID-19 “pandemic” would facilitate any post-war treaty process and therein, the fundamental handover of the US to the cartel of Globalists, corporations, oligarchs, foreign hostiles and the Intelligence Community would be complete.
At that point, it’s ball game with no possibility for a rematch.

What did Xi and the Chinese do during Blinken’s visit?
The analysis and evidence suggest that the triggers for a designed, planned and completely avoidable World War III were clearly delineated by the Chinese for the US; taking the form of red lines.
The red lines were delivered with implicit instructions to deliberately cross them and this is subjectively and anecdotally evidenced by the constructed nature of Blinken’s visit and the manufactured and intensified hostility borne out of it.
Unlike the malleable, penetrable and moveable red lines the ones routinely issued by Obama/Biden et al, when Chinese communists draw red lines, they are firm and strictly enforced.
Consider China’s red lines as pretext to which both sides will point backwards once those lines are crossed and open hostilities begin: 1-Joe and the US will defend crossing China’s red lines by citing Intelligence Community war propaganda, emotions, feelings, etc. while 2-China will say, “We warned you.”
In short, Blinken’s visit reads like this: “For our planned WWIII, we need you to do these things…”

Examine the top left corner relative to BRI or Belt Road Initiative or One Belt, One Road because unlike the “news,” I took months to examine and analyze the root causes of China’s war designs and they track directly to Chinese hegemonic expansion including BRI and the other hegemonic doctrinal elements arising out of it.

Chinese doctrine was examined to identify the interfaces with the US; as overlaid by existing analysis and evidence into decades of Chinese infiltration and subversion of the US, to evidence China’s dominion over the US and it’s ongoing conversion of the US to the CCP’s brand of communism.
As one identifiable example of this, consider how China leverages infrastructure as the designated interface to apply the tenets of communism to the people in a practical and tangible fashion.

It doesn’t look anything like conventional infrastructure because it’s not rather it’s taking the form of the application of Chinese doctrine to America. It’s the foundation for the brand of Marxist communism currently being installed.
When I repeatedly kick the dead horse of the ongoing conversion to Marxist communism, it’s a much more nuanced and complex process than people may imagine or realize; and it has created the enormously disconcerting blind spot I cite; and it has delivered a China with clearly evidenced dominion over the US.
The incoming Biden Administration began its march to a third World War before Joe Biden was even inaugurated [13 minutes early?].

Now, China has explicitly delivered the red lines [triggers] for the kinetic flashpoint to World War III with implicit directions to cross them.
Therefore, when the US Secretary of State arrives at the Chinese dog park and is immediately placed on a leash to be marched around a bunch of low-level officials and yanked around at every constructed opportunity, it’s a reminder of who the boss is.
It’s a reminder of what the private equity deal entails – Joe, you will carry China’s water in ways China determines and that includes taking a dive at a prescribed time.
Beyond a reminder and on a global stage, it’s a clear message to anyone with a discerning eye of the reality of the dangers facing the American people because the US government has been completely hijacked to represent a “blob” [credit to Mike Benz] of evil with the Intelligence Community as the central node of control.
If nothing comes to intercede on Barack’s, Joe’s and China’s planned war and ongoing conversion, once it’s finalized, America will fully realize who the boss is and what it is he’s really in charge of – a technocratic global plantation where the slave masters enforce their rule with the CCP’s brand of communism.
Regardless of race, color, creed or political affiliation, to the level of every individual non-communist man, woman or child, everyone will rue that day.

Observations like this regarding how Blinken was treated in China may seem trivial, petty even. I would point out that that view is from a Western cultural position.
From a Asian cultural perspective, FACE is everything, and wars have been fought for much less.
