CIA’s INSIDER THREAT PROGRAM: O’Keefe Media Group Recording More Important Than People Realize

James O’Keefe and O’Keefe Media Group have released another covert recording of an American bureaucrat and this time, it is Central Intelligence Agency contractor Amjad Anton Fseisi, whose domain is cyber operations and where he is project manager for the CIA’s mission center.
Including O’Keefe himself, this analysis lays-out how the Fseisi recording is perhaps more important than people may realize due to Fseiei’s remarks about working on the “insider threat” program, which directly ties to important analysis on the COVID-19 “pandemic” as a patently evidenced construct of enterprise fraud prosecutable under RICO statute.
Moreover and in ways to substantially undermine and loosen biosecurity rules, the insider threat program plays a critical role in COVID-19 as asymmetrical, irregular and undeclared warfare waged by China, our own Intelligence Community and the Department of Defense that rises to levels of the worst crimes ever committed against humanity.
This analysis further extends to how the insider threat program merges with the operational lawfare targeting former President and current presidential candidate Donald J. Trump.

INTRODUCTION
The OMG Fseisi recording applies to several overarching spines in the aggregate analysis: COVID-19 as biowarfare facilitated by enterprise fraud, the direct involvement of China, the Intelligence Community as the central node of operational control, the Department of Defense as the holder of contracts with vaccine manufacturers, how the mRNA injections are bona fide bioweapons, a criminal and treasonous political continuum I’ve branded ‘Dynastic Bush’ and operational lawfare targeting Donald Trump.
Within the application of the Fseisi recording to that analysis, the CIA’s “insider threat program” emerges in ways that bear-out as a critical component in the COVID-19 RICO architecture.
It’s the insider threat program that is the crux of the matter and I lay it all out for you evidenced by the existing analysis, which I also provide, against Fseisi’s remarks.
The task becomes understanding the insider threat program as a tool or mechanism that can be used in myriad ways by corrupt and criminal officials already on the inside.
Consider the compelling evidence that US Attorney General Merrick Garland is running DOJ according to the tenets of Marxism with absolute and unmitigated authority as he relentlessly targets the Biden Administration’s political opposition with and iron fist and an unrivaled sharpened spear: THE HUNT IS ON.

Overlay those considerations with Section 6.2 of the chartering EO: “Sec. 6. 2. The Task Force shall be co-chaired by the Attorney General and the Director of National Intelligence, or their designees. Membership on the Task Force shall be composed of officers of the United States from, and designated by the heads of, the Departments of State, Defense, Justice, Energy, and Homeland Security, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, the Central Intelligence Agency, and the ISOO, as well as such additional agencies as the co-chairs of the Task Force may designate. It shall be staffed by personnel from the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Office of the National Counterintelligence Executive (ONCIX), and other agencies, as determined by the co-chairs for their respective agencies and to the extent permitted by law. Such personnel must be officers or full-time or permanent part-time employees of the United States. To the extent permitted by law, ONCIX shall provide an appropriate work site and administrative support for the Task Force.”
Evidence dictates that we accurately view the “insider threat” as a mechanism that can be used for good or bad, right or wrong, just like FISA/FISC and the power and authority of law enforcement in general, etc.
As for AG Garland and the DOJ, the IC is calling the shots and the AG is taking those shots with the firearms provided – the “insider threat” is one of those mechanized “firearms.”
WHAT IS AN “INSIDER THREAT”?
The Cybersecurity Infrastructure Security Agency played a critical role in the stolen 2020 election and its Insider Threat Mitigation Guide, which was coincidentally published in November 2020, states, “There are two components to establishing a definition for insider threat. The first is establishing who is an insider. The second, and broader component, is describing the variety of threats presented by those insiders.”
From the CISA guide: “Definition of Insider Threat: An insider threat is the potential for an insider to use their authorized access or special understanding of an organization to harm that organization. This harm can include malicious, complacent, or unintentional acts that negatively affect the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of the organization, its data, personnel, facilities, and associated resources.”
The broader fact set makes an antithetical case to the illustration above that the various ways the insider threat can manifest and express are the domains of what hostiles like the Intelligence Community, the Uniparty, the federal government more broadly and foreign actors like China have done and continue to do to America and its citizens.
Think long and hard enough and it’s rather easy to identify examples for each of the domains and sub-domains because this is what our federal apparatus and Congress do best: steal, hack, attack, spy and subvert.
IS TRUMP AN INSIDER THREAT?
Is Donald Trump marked as an insider threat?
The answer to that question should frame our lens for understanding if for no other reason than to evidence the ongoing operational lawfare against Trump and to demonstrate the utilitarian value of the insider threat program as a weapon for revolution, overthrow and war.
When considering the fraudulent predicates for the operational lawfare cases targeting former President and current presidential candidate Donald Trump – for things like fomenting an “insurrection,” or being the subject of a counterintelligence operation centered on Russian influence, or lawfully retaining classified documents for a wide swath of corruption, criminality and treason committed by those engaged in lawfare – did they leverage the program and mark him as an “intentional insider threat” to “national security and public safety”?
The answer is an absolute YES and it’s not a novel case when you consider that in March, “conservative” analyst and former Naval War College professor Tom Nichols argued that Trump was an “insider threat” to national security and therefore should not receive intelligence briefings as is customary for nominees in an election year.
By all indications, YES, Donald Trump has been marked and targeted as an insider threat to predicate the operational lawfare targeting him.
THE INSIDER THREAT PROGRAM
The notion and the hunt for insider threats is nothing new but the insider threat program rooted in protecting national security and public safety was codified in Executive Order Executive Order 13587 signed by then President Barack Obama on 07 Oct 11.
The Intelligence Community/CIA is leveraging the insider threat program put into place by Obama, which overlays all US agencies and departments as noted.
In Sec. 2. General Responsibilities of Agencies, the EO tasks agency and department heads that “operate or access classified computer networks…implement an insider threat detection and prevention program consistent with guidance and standards developed by the Insider Threat Task Force established in section 6 of this order.”
In “Sec. 6. Insider Threat Task Force, Sec. 6. 1. There is established an interagency Insider Threat Task Force that shall develop a Government-wide program (insider threat program) for deterring, detecting, and mitigating insider threats, including the safeguarding of classified information from exploitation, compromise, or other unauthorized disclosure, taking into account risk levels, as well as the distinct needs, missions, and systems of individual agencies. This program shall include development of policies, objectives, and priorities for establishing and integrating security, counterintelligence, user audits and monitoring, and other safeguarding capabilities and practices within agencies.”
Section 6.1 overlays all of Joe Biden’s classified and top secret document brokering to China and presumably other hostile foreign nations evidenced in the examination of the Penn Biden Center classified document scandal and ancillary matters.
This occurs at the same time Section 6.1 encompasses the fraudulent classified documents prosecution [entrapment operation] of Donald Trump via constructed and fraudulent FISA/FISC abuses.
Those FISA/FISC abuses were permitted by opening a counterintelligence investigation that requires a lower evidentiary threshold than a criminal prosecution and once opened, the counterintelligence prosecution is then laundered into a criminal prosecution to circumvent meeting the higher threshold requirements; and that is exactly what the Mueller Special Counsel operation was.

Amjad Anton Fseisi’s background and his timeline in the Intelligence Community stand-out.
Fseisi’s remarks are presented in the sequence in which they occur in the recording and I thread the analysis throughout.
O’Keefe introduces the recording with important context by referencing the work of Matt Taibbi and Michael Schellenberger that cited how the CIA mobilized foreign intelligence services to target Trump advisors in the run-up to the 2016 election.
That of course was the genesis of “Russian collusion” as an Intelligence Community operation designed to benefit the Clinton campaign and it was signed-off on by then CIA Director John Brennan in July 2015.
“Russian collusion” leveraged the FISA/FISC mechanism and we have arduously examined all of this in great detail as reviewed in the Mueller example above.
Therein, we must remember that the CIA charter precludes domestic operations and so the Obama Administration developed the modus operandi of fabricating fraudulent counterintelligence operations under FISA and leveraging the FISC to spy on Americans.
Again, the model entails two primary means of operating.
One is opening counterintelligence operations and laundering them into criminal ones to circumvent Constitutional protections.
The other is leveraging the public:private interface to farm-out operational tasks to third parties and that is what Fseisi represents.
Back in 2020, I wrote an entire sub-series on the premise of “Flynn First,” where then incoming National Security advisor Lt. General Michael Flynn was the first of the 26 Trump officials targeted.
The same can be said of George Papadopoulos as a target and O’Keefe cites both; and we have examined both.
O’Keefe cites another topic of close examination in the HPSCI where despite issuing a report clearing Trump of “Russian collusion” in 2018, former HPSCI Chairman Adam Schiff continued developing the fraudulently constructed predicate in a “small room” at “Langley” [in reference to CIA headquarters].
Both HPSCI and its Senate counterpart SSCI are deeply entangled in the analysis and serve the Intelligence Community as the interface for it to control, manipulate and influence Congress; and I submit 2015-present as direct evidence of that.
O’Keefe appropriately summarizes the scope of matters as we lay-out the importance of the insider threat program, “As it turns-out, the corruption at the CIA, FBI and the Department of Justice is probably even worse than you thought.”
Well, James, I’m here to tell you that it’s worse than even YOU thought.
Continuing, O’Keefe accurately assigns attribution to former CIA Director John Brennan when he remarks about the CIA’s targeting of 26 specific Trump Administration officials where the FISA/FISC mechanism was the instrument.
As cited above, this falls back on substantial examination of Brennan and his authorization of “Russian collusion.”

Recalling our examination of things like the Five Eyes security accord, O’Keefe also reviews how the Intelligence Community leveraged the UK, Australia, Italy and Israel [Mossad] to surveil the Trump Administration on its behalf.
Leveraging allied intelligence agencies to do its bidding is a re-tread or application of the same principal of the public:private interface model where operational tasking goes to third parties to circumvent prohibitions in the CIA’s charter.
In another example of this third party operation model that expands on a Five Eyes, consider how the intelligence accord has been mapped over the US Judiciary and its law enforcement agencies.
It results in the same dynamic where the law enforcement agencies of member nations can work in reciprocity with US agencies in quid pro quo fashion where each does the other’s bidding when those agencies are otherwise precluding from completing those tasks.

To kick a dead horse and as another example of the third party model, it’s like when the US government purchases Americans’ user data because it is prohibited from collecting the data itself.
In application of the third party operational model, Fseisi, who contracts to the CIA through Deloitte, has worked for the agency [CIA] since 2008 noting a particular overlap to the Obama Administration [first term inauguration in 2009] and the insider threat program, which is overlaid below with critical COVID-19 analysis from 2021.
Deloitte vaguely and curiously provides “a wide variety of services for a range of industries…[including] helping transform organizations, protecting financial markets, or working with governments” and a cursory review of its website indicates its “woke” and progressive values.
Fseisi states that he has worked at Deloitte for two years and prior to that, he was at Lockheed Martin for eleven years.
Previously Fseisi worked at NSA and claims a TS [Top Secret] SCI [Secret Compartmented Information] full scope polygraph; further claiming that he is “fully vetted.”
Fseisi states that he works at the “mission center” that he further clarifies [below] as the CIA’s China Mission Center, which “cuts across ALL OF THE CIA’S MISSION AREAS.”

The CMC intersects everything the IC/CIA does with China and Fseisi is managing its cyber operations, which entangles everything in the digital age from fake “pandemics” to stolen “elections”; and the evidence is clear that China is directly responsible for both.
The evidence also indicates that our own Intelligence Community is in bed with China to make it happen and the CMC should therefore be viewed as an operational center for that purpose.
Fseisi cites his a role as program manager where he “help[s]” with “EVERYTHING…ACROSS THE ENTIRE ENTERPRISE.”
“Everything…across the entire enterprise” relative to 2008 converges Fseisi’s start in the Intelligence Community with the election of Obama and on that timeline, Obama’s subsequent overhauling of US biosecurity rules where the insider threat program was a critical component.
Obama would then dispatch a US official to the Wuhan Institute of Virology to overhaul China’s biosecurity rules and eliminate the remaining biosecurity impediments to bioengineering SARS-CoV-2 for the fraudulent COVID-19 “pandemic.”
Now apply the lens that the Intelligence Community has conspired with China to engage in asymmetrical, irregular and undeclared warfare against the US culminating with the deliberate release of SARS-CoV-2 most likely at the World Police and Fire Games in China in August 2019; and then propelled it into the fraudulently constructed “pandemic” with massive amounts of pervasive and globally ubiquitous propaganda.
The Fseisi recording puts all of the eggs laid so far into one basket: the Intelligence Community, China, COVID-19 and the IC’s operational lawfare and broader attacks against a sitting and former president in Donald Trump.
Fseisi begins by telling us that his scope and purview is the CMC: China Mission Center.
Through our lens, the importance of O’Keefe’s remarks on how the IC’s CMC “cuts across ALL OF THE CIA’S MISSION AREAS” can’t be overstated for the utilitarian, operational and tactical value in provides.
Relative to that, Fseisi says that, “We kept information from him [Trump]…”He’s an idiot.”
Fseisi remarks that, “There are certain people that would give him a high-level overview but never give him any details, do you know why? Because he [Trump] will leak those details.”
CIA Directors Gina Haspel and Mike Pompeo colluded to withhold [misinform] President Trump where the “Executive staff, the Director and his subordinates” conspired to make those decisions, says Fseisi.
Fseisi said, “Of course, of course we are” still watching Trump and his team.
Fseisi remarked that, “Nothing goes by without somebody watching” further exclaiming that the IC is even monitoring Trump’s ex-wife.
“How do you think we get information? We steal it,” Fseisi replied when asked about human sources of intelligence.
Fseisi indicated that “human intelligence” was the intelligence sourcing to determine that Trump was “colluding with the Russians” going on to confirm the FISA/FISC mechanism.
This means the FISA warrants were fraudulently predicated by someone’s verbal account and when you run those individuals down, it’s always the usual suspects with compromised backgrounds and relationships.
The takeaway is elementary – the codified systems and mechanisms are only as good as the people using them and when traitors and Marxists assume control of it all, the end result will always be a foregone one.
“It could be all of them” was Fseisi’s reply when asked which intelligence agency was spying on Trump as an indicator of the “Intelligence Community” moniker applied in the analysis.
“He’s [Trump] not gonna get re-elected again. I’ve done the math. It’s impossible,” Fseisi said in alignment with the analysis indicating that the Intelligence Community has been working to preclude Trump from running or winning in 2024; at the same time it is resetting the Democratic side most likely with a last minute swap to Michelle Obama according to DNC rules.
Also in alignment with the analysis is the direct reference to the constructed propaganda talking point of “our democracy” [and our Constitution] where it’s pitted against Trump as if the two are mutually exclusive.
After a year at NSA where he was “doing some really cool cyber stuff”, Fseisi went to ODNI where he stated to have helped them scan their “insider threat” program.
Let’s pause for understanding.
The Intelligence Community inserted the fraudulent pandemic construct into the incoming Trump Administration on 13 Jan 17 during presidential transition meetings and I recently reviewed that matter in this piece: Will Devastating History Repeat Itself as Biden Administration Plans Presidential Transition to Trump? In other words, the IC and China conspired to eject Trump from the Executive by faking a “pandemic” to steal an election.
To that we apply the “insider threat” program relative to Fseisi with this COVID-19 analysis from 2021 [linked below, emphasis added]:
That analysis also included this: “Another important contextual backdrop item, of which there are too many to include, from the DoD report is that of all of the identified viable threats to biosecurity systems, the one posing the greatest threat is the “insider threat;” and not without a sense of irony, that is the precise threat that bears down in the fraudulent COVID-19 pandemic (emphasis mine).”
There was general agreement that an insider could remove BSAT material without detection. However, there was also considerable skepticism that an insider could use a DoD laboratory to proceed with weaponization steps undetected, other than in cases where the planned legitimate work involved equipment or processes that might enable weaponization; in such cases, additional security measures and monitoring should be provided and carefully observed.
*BSAT materials refers to “Biological Select Agents and Toxins” and are the contagions that are bioweaponized through “gain of function” work.
The insider threat component was critical to the bioweaponzation of SARS-CoV-2 specifically for the COVID-19 “pandemic” enterprise fraud construct.

The outgoing George W. Bush Administration dispatched James LeDuc, who was director for the Galveston lab for the University of Texas Medical Branch, to provide advisement to upper echelon scientists in the area of biosecurity at the Wuhan Institute of Virology in 2008 in advance of the transition to Obama in 2009, who inherited a Bush executive order as the impetus to first rewrite and overhaul US biosecurity rules, to circumvent prohibitions against gain of function work like bioengineering SARS-CoV-2.
Notably, LeDuc had deep ties with COVID-19 point man Dr. Anthony Fauci.
From the article, “I was able to identify 23 prior publications from LeDuc and I looked at several of them more closely. Our attention is drawn to one in particular that was authored in 2011 and it rests on his prior positions; including his 2008 advisement to the WIV, as I previously reported and noted. The co-authored piece is entitled ‘Balancing Our Approach to the Insider Threat’.“
When did LeDuc write that position paper?
In 2011, at the same relative time that Obama signed the Executive Order that chartered the insider threat program.
Fseisi worked at ODNI to scan their “insider threat” program and it’s ODNI that is effectively pushing the “lab leak” theory as a limited hangout exit strategy from the enterprise fraud construct that people mistakenly call the COVID-19 “pandemic.”
The “lab leak” theory is a deflection point construct and a straw man argument detracting from the truth.

The problematic aspects of the Fseisi recording center on his responsibilities at particular intelligence agencies on a precise timeline comporting with the Intelligence Community’s collusion with China to fake a “pandemic,” remove a sitting president and keep him removed from the next election.
All of this to complete the ongoing overthrow and conversion to Marxist communism, which is the preferred control mechanism of the Globalist cabal pulling strings from the dark and murky shadows.

SUMMARY FINDINGS
In May 2021, I wrote an extensive piece of analysis entitled ‘Dangerously Changing Inconvenient Rules‘ and in that piece, I laid-out how the Obama Administration inherited an outgoing George W. Bush executive order (#13486) devised to overhaul U.S. biosecurity in its biocontainment facilities and by means of a hand-picked “working group” to circumvent prohibited gain of function work [biowarfare] that ultimately resulted in SARS-CoV-2, the virus bioengineered by the US and China as the contagion for the “pandemic.”
Within that analysis emerged the functions of LeDuc and the “insider threat” components to overhaul biosecurity rules in US labs and in China; and in particular at the Wuhan Institute of Virology where SARS-CoV-2 was bioengineered using at least $3.7 million in funding from Anthony Fauci’s NIAID as funneled through the conduit of Peter Daszak and EcoHealth Alliance.
Within the overarching analysis that features the Intelligence Community as the operational central node with varying degrees of control and direct influence over the Executive, Legislative and Judiciary; and where there is clear legal architecture through laws, legislation, EOs, etc., it’s clear that the “insider threat” is another mechanism to engage against Trump and other political adversaries.
Fseisi’s 2008 entry onto the Intelligence Community timeline is a direct overlay to everything laid-out in this article including the conjunction with Obama’s January 2009 inauguration .
Fseisi’s remarks verbatim indicate that as a CIA/Intelligence Community functionary leveraged through the problematic public:private interface, where the government outsources what it is prohibited from doing directly, he was a conspirator in operations to target, attack and remove a sitting US President in ways that intersect with the mechanism to do it – the COVID-19 “pandemic,” which in actuality is a construct of enterprise fraud fully prosecutable under RICO statute – and where he oversaw one of the critical vectors in those operations as the “CIA project manager in cyber operations” deeply involved in the insider threat program.
Given the compartmentalized nature of the intelligence world, Fseisi’s direct knowledge may not eclipse the parameters of his own compartment; however, his compartment stands to be a considerable one due to the CMC and insider threath components.
Therefore, Fseisi is someone who should be placed under oath immediately to determine the full extent of his knowledge and who gave the orders.
Nothing the Intelligence Community does serves a singular purpose and the multi-vectored constructs that are most often derived from Executive Orders are reciprocal in service to other constructs and with multiple operational objectives.
Moreover, a layered effect is achieved in the complexity and obfuscating aspects of Executive Orders issued in the sunset of one administration and received in the sunrise of the next as was the genesis of the COVID-19 “pandemic” of enterprise fraud.
For the insider threat program, it appears that those objectives included targeting and removing a sitting US president and overhauling biosecurity rules to permit the execution of the COVID-19 “pandemic” construct that was used to do it.
Those objectives extend to keeping that president removed from the 2024 election by all means necessary at the same time it resets the other side of the Uniparty ballot.

The little tiny bombs that were planted inside our governing infrastructure. Seemingly harmless, or only causing minor damage. Many of those trying to destroy our nation were impatient at the time, wanted to see it all go up in a big explosion. Felt betrayed by their fellow travelers who were put into power. Many of those trying to protect our nation breathed a sigh of relief that we escaped the threat relatively unscathed, moved on to traditional political battles.
But the tiny bombs did explode. At very critical places. Weakened the governing infrastructure. And those who strategically planted them surrendered to time and let nature take its course.
This clip is a visual representation of what was done to our nation. The big explosion never came. The erosion of the dam that held back massive energy is occurring.
