Coming Soon to a Neighborhood Near You: ‘The use of force that is likely to result in lethal force, including death or serious bodily injury’

ANALYSIS: Predicated on civil disturbance, DoD Directive 5240.01 authorizes the use of deadly force domestically on American citizens.

What follows rests firmly on a catalog of arduous analysis and thorough citation; falling along several lines that represent major premises.

Your government in no way resembles or functions anything like what you were taught in school or similarly may otherwise know.

This is increasingly becoming patently obvious to a large and growing segment of Americans.

Instead, the best descriptor of what has replaced our government on a long timeline is this: a generational political continuum best described as “Dynastic Bush,” which features the Intelligence Community as its central node and with its roots going back at least as far as WWII, has entangled other domestic departments and agencies and foreign hostile enemies like China and Iran in a slow-drip set of operations to convert the US to Marxist communism.

The ongoing matters in Ukraine are a blatant proxy war for the spear featured above and cease immediately if Donald Trump ascends to the Executive in less than a month.

Also note what the analysis put forth on 06 May 20; just months into a declared “pandemic” representing the grandest and most egregious RICO crimes [enterprise fraud] and crimes against humanity ever.

The 06 May 20 analysis positioned the US as being in an asymmetrical, irregular and undeclared war against China and hostile domestics; and where this war aligns precisely with Chinese hegemonic and military doctrine, which features biowarfare as its primary doctrinal warfare vector.

Also note that beginning in early January 2020 and just days after the announcement of a flu-like viral outbreak in China to begin a US presidential election year, the analysis stood alone for no less than a year positioning COVID-19 as a political false flag construct of enterprise fraud [RICO crimes].

That analysis serves a team of Senators, attorneys, judges, doctors, etc.; two federal lawsuits of COVID-19 as enterprise and a third matter that is before the US Supreme Court.

The point being is that what is outlined below doesn’t come lightly and it’s backed by thousands of pages of analysis.

The Marxists and fascists behind Dynastic Bush have functioned exactly as anticipated by engaging in unprecedented levels of operational lawfare, entrapment operations and targeting of US citizens and political opposition with the full might of the federal apparatus and most notably, Merrick Garland’s DOJ.

A primary component to the Marxist architecture that permits tyrannical rule and authoritarian measures is three-fold: 1-inducing fear, terror and chaos through Intelligence Community propaganda and operations while 2-sowing division [CRT, DEI, “systemic racism,” LGBQT+, slavery reparations, illegal immigration, etc.], and then 3-leveraging “safety” and “emergency” to capitalize on the constructed aspects of point one in order to trigger legal terms that permit a Continuity of Government and/or emergency response to these events.

Combined, the three lane approach serves as the primary mechanism to circumvent the US Constitution and constitutional governance as a mechanism of societal control.

Consider the plausible outcomes that were laid-out 43 days out from 05 Nov 23; noting that “civil unrest” and “civil disturbance” are interchangeable going forward – 43 Days and 5 Plausible Outcome Scenarios:

1: STEAL: Biden to Harris transition, Harris into the Executive:

Result: We enter the final steps to full blown Marxism as Barack Obama remains on-point for political operations [From “Orange Man Bad” to “Old Man Bad” Barack Obama Operates for the Intelligence Community]. Harris-Walz is a constructed extension of Biden-Harris like Biden-Harris was an extension of Obama-BIden; and so the same disastrous downward trajectory, all of the ongoing operations and all of the future operations will continue until their operational objectives are achieved: Marxism. “Pandemics,” mass shootings, societal division, economic ruin, illegal immigration, societal inversion, civil unrest, stolen elections, etc. continue to be the norm.

2: STEAL: Harris removed before inauguration day, Constitutional crisis:

Result: The election is stolen for Harris but she is removed before inauguration day triggering Continuity of Government protocols and a Constitutional Crisis. The Intelligence Community uses expendable pawns and prefers parallel operational service to get the most effective outcomes and so removal by assassination with attribution to Trump’s base becomes most effective and gives parallel service as a highly viable spark for the desired Civil War. Scaled up exponentially, the country would burn like summer 2020 and this may or may not include WWIII; depending on whether WWIII is a primary or contingency option.

3: STEAL: Biden resigns late for early Harris install, Harris oversees own stolen election:

Result: Joe Biden resigns as the “October surprise,” COG protocols are enforced and Harris ascends to the Executive before election day after which she receives the oversight and authority to conceal and cover-up her own stolen election. Scenario 1 outcomes apply with Civil War and WWIII outcomes still highly plausible.

4: STEAL: Successful Trump assassination permits steal, Harris into the Executive:

Result: The IC/DHS/USSS/FBI/DOJ/DOD are eventually successful in eliminating Trump with an effective assassination attempt to throw the fictitious Republican side of the Uniparty into perceived chaos around which a “tipping point” narrative will be constructed to legitimize and explain a stolen election for Harris. The amount of actual rage from the Right will be enough to cause a drastic and reflexive response to some degree and from that, the IC will have limitless opportunities to drive forward with operations and false flag constructs. It is likely that those operations will be validated by some degree of authentic ones. Scenario 1 and Civil War outcomes apply with WWIII outcomes still highly plausible.

5: NO STEAL: Trump into the Executive, IC retaliates with assassination, WWIII & massive civil unrest

Result: Trump could enter the Executive 1-if enough states are un-rigged to permit a sufficient return on actual votes that would otherwise represent the largest landslide electoral victory in US history -or- 2-if actual voter turnout is so substantial that the IC is simply prevented from stealing it due to implausibility considerations. The circumvention to counter actual voter turn-out is each state’s decision to legally or otherwise include the votes of illegal aliens and non-citizens [42-52 million since 2018]. Trump entering the Executive would trigger the IC’s contingency operations. The contingencies include but aren’t limited to continued assassination attempts, the kinetic flashpoint to WWIII, massive civil unrest, Civil War considerations and the continued “threat to democracy” propaganda. Already the architects and functionaries of the coup d’etat against Trump are projecting to assert that Trump will conduct a coup against them if he gets into office and appropriately gives fidelity to the matriculation of due process and the application of the rule of law. In this scenario, we leave the door open for effective operational lawfare that may cause Trump to begin his second term imprisoned.

Take any of the 5 scenarios of STEAL or NO STEAL and examine them through the lens of CIVIL UNREST or CIVIL DISTURBANCE.

Ask if any of the 5 scenarios plausibly features an outcome that could reasonably lead to CIVIL DISTURBANCE either by authentic circumstances or constructed ones as is the IC’s modus operandi?

Ask if the Capitol “insurrection” entrapment operation served as a trial run for widespread CIVIL DISTURBANCE entrapment operations to be mapped over nationwide and drastically enhanced by a fifth column of infidels who made their way into the country through the Trojan Horse of the open southern border?

CIVIL DISTURBANCE is two things: 1-the exact nature of anticipated IC operations and 2-specific terminology in the legal architecture designed to trigger extra-constitutional power and authority that violates posse comitatus, just as laid-out above.

Now apply these things relative to DoD Directive 5240.01:

Note that Executive Order (EO) 12333 is the foundational authority by which NSA collects, retains, analyzes, and disseminates foreign signals intelligence information recalling that the IC has tasked to allied intelligence agencies signals intelligence collection it is prohibited from collecting at home and receives back that intelligence in quid pro quo form. Note that Executive Order 13388 pertains to further strengthening the effective conduct of United States counterterrorism activities and protect the territory, people, and interests of the United States of America, including against terrorist attacks. Source

The combined effect of the two EOs provides both the intelligence capacity, communications and legal predicate and architecture for the IC to “hunt” its opposition at home.

Note that the entire premise of The Hunt Is On is the federal government’s legal architecture that brands the IC’s political and domestic opposition as “domestic TERRORISTS” in order to target them with the DOJ.

Note the stated purpose of DoD 5240.01 as a direct overlay to the positions on IC operations to see how the architecture is in place and the triggers are set: “Establishes policy and provides direction for DoD intelligence and intelligence-related activities” and “Assigns responsibilities and provides guidelines for Defense Intelligence Component intelligence assistance to law enforcement agencies and other civil authorities.”

Direct your attention to page 13 of Dod 5240.01:

Take everything laid-out to this point and overlay it relative to the language of DoD Directive 5240.01, which was reauthorized on 27 Sep 24 and just in advance of another presidential election with a plausibly problematic outcome that is likely to be a constructed one:

1-Authorizes DoD intelligence to operate domestically in violation of posse comitatus and defines “assistance”: “Defense Intelligence Components may provide personnel to assist a Federal department or agency, including a Federal law enforcement agency, or a State or local law enforcement agency when lives are in danger, in response to a request for such assistance.”

2-Envelops the Executive and establishes CIVIL DISTURBANCE as the trigger within the legal architecture and where the Executive enjoys the direct outcome of his/her authorization: “Provision of personnel to support response efforts for civil disturbances, which
may also require Presidential authorization.”

3-Authorzies lethal force on Americans as predicated by its definition of “assistance” and going on to specifically cite “CIVIL DISTURBANCE”: “Assistance in responding with assets with potential for lethality, or any situation in which it is reasonably foreseeable that providing the requested assistance may involve the use of force that is likely to result in lethal force, including death or serious bodily injury. It also includes all support to civilian law enforcement officials in situations where a confrontation between civilian law enforcement and civilian individuals or groups is reasonably anticipated.”

In the event that DoD remains rogue in the instance of outcome 5, which sees Trump ascend to the Executive, CIVIL DISTURBANCE will be as easily manufactured as it was beginning in May 2020 and as projected 3 weeks in advance.

If Trump enters the Executive, expect the Intelligence Community, DoD, State, Iran and China to stomp on the accelerator to WWIII and where DoD Directive 5240.01 has that covered, too: “DoD response to chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, and high-yield explosive incidents.”

The Republic is dead, Marxism is here and just like Kamala Harris was installed through the backdoor in a ZERO VOTE scenario like it was projected in January 2023, so has been the legal architecture and capacity for the Intelligence Community to lead-out on Department of Defense intelligence operations to domestically hunt American citizens in CIVIL DISTURBANCE scenarios of its own Hegelian Dialectic constructs.

Let us hope that actual voter turn-out is sufficient to break the fractional voting algorithms and cancel-out the fraudulent ballots of different sorts to permit Trump to ascend to the Executive.

Let us hope that Trump lives long enough to get there.
