On day one of the Trump Administration’s second term, President Trump executed a reported 200 executive orders; none more critical than the order to withdraw the US from the United Nations’ World Health Organization: WITHDRAWING THE UNITED STATES FROM THE WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION.
Aspects of the EO serve as indicators for what the COVID-19 pandemic actually was through the lens of interceding on any such architecture that threatens US national sovereignty and Title II Executive authority as was the case beginning in late December 2019, when a criminal enterprise later branded the White House Coronavirus Task Force led by Anthony Fauci and served by then Vice President Mike Pence, who not coincidentally certified the stolen 2020 election delivered by COVID-19, usurped President Trump before removing him altogether altogether.
In exclusive fashion that stood alone from all other reporting, the analysis here properly positioned the COVID-19 “pandemic” by establishing and evidencing that the US was embroiled in an asymmetrical, irregular and undeclared war against China that was in alignment with Chinese hegemonic and military doctrine, the latter of which indicates that biowarfare is its preferred warfare vector.
Stateside, this undeclared war necessitated domestic hostiles like the Task Force; some of which Joe Biden just pardoned and where the COVID criminality took the form of RICO crimes.
The aggregate criminality of COVID-19 taking the form of RICO crimes is an aspect of reporting that is virtually impossible to find outside the breadth and depth of the analysis here and it could not be more important, which is why I continue to tag President Trump, AG Pam Bondi and others in posts containing this analysis.
The RICO aspect of COVID criminality is important for something called the Throckmorton doctrine, which derives from the US Supreme Court case US v. Throckmorton and which vitiates and nullifies the products of enterprise fraud, like faking a pandemic [RICO crimes committed by a criminal enterprise] in order to steal an election [RICO crimes committed by a criminal enterprise] in order to occupy the Executive.
Ergo, Throckmorton does not permit Joe Biden to be ever inaugurated or enjoy the Title II Executive authority provided by the US Constitution because that authority and Biden’s placement in the Executive is the product of RICO crimes of faking a “pandemic” to steal an election.

This is why I continue to reiterate that presidential transition marks the most dangerous times for the nation and the transition we just endured and celebrated was the most dangerous presidential transition in history.

By around mid-March 2020, the COVID legs were long enough to make a fraudulent pandemic declaration and this is precisely where the United Nations and the World Health Organization bore down directly relative to precedent.
Therein, the chronology of COVID-19 affords domestic hostile actors like Anthony Fauci and the WH Coronavirus Task Force an aspect of insulation from criminality.
The same can be said of all state governors who issued mandates predicated by fraudulently constructed COVID infection and mortality data that were the products of enterprise fraud prosecutable under RICO statute.
In other words, Fauci, Pence, et al can cite the precedence of a WHO pandemic declaration as the basis for a US pandemic declaration also described as following the example of the world’s supposed leading health authority.
The same can be said for all state governors who issued mask and vaccine mandates where they can cite recommendations from the Task Force to issue those mandates.
It wasn’t the governors fault because they were following Fauci’s recommendations and it wasn’t Fauci’s fault because he was following the recommendations of the World Health Organization and it’s not the WHO’s fault because it’s outside the jurisdiction of US federal law.

30 Jan 20 – WHO declares a PHEIC and the next day on 31 Jan 20, the US declared a PHE – THIS IS THE REQUISITE PRECURSORY STEP TO LATER DECLARE A “PANDEMIC”.
11 Mar 20 – WHO makes a Pandemic Declaration and two days later on 13 Mar 20, the US declared a pandemic.
In both cases it’s membership in and alignment with the UN/WHO that resulted in the US following suit as a participant against itself in an asymmetrical, irregular and undeclared war by China.

Specifically, we note China positioned towards the bottom of the funding data above. This is emblematic of the deliberately layered and obfuscated design.
In that funding, we see old entities like an infiltrated and compromised U.S. federal apparatus, The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, the U.K., the European Commission [E.U.], Canada and others.
The funding data for the WHO in December 2022 looks different and also includes old entities: Germany, Iran [think of Obama’s pallets of cash delivered to Iran on multiple occasions and totaling billions in a basket of currencies], GAVI, the EU, France, China, Unitaid [the subject of the very first article I ever wrote on COVID-19 tied to Big Pharma, pharmaceutical patents and patent sharing agreements, which threaded right to George Soros], Australia, Italy, the Wellcome Trust [another subject of close examination] and others.

On its face, the funding data for the WHO isn’t entirely damning respective to China.
It’s not until the veil is lifted on the United Nations’ funding that China’s prominence and power becomes clear and obvious.
After COVID-19 was unpacked and delivered to the world, the Bookings Institute published this document in September 2020, which reinforces and further evidences my longstanding position on China’s top-tier funding of the United Nations.

The takeaways are obvious on their face: 1-China is the number two funding source for the United Nations behind only the United States and 2-China and Russia have aligned tactically in the domain of international security [war].
This longstanding analysis and evidence underpins the critical aspect of Trump’s executive order as a substantial maneuver to improve national security and eliminate an effective vector to usurp Title II Executive authority by leveraging “safety” and “emergency” as an aspect of Continuity of Government protocols that result from fraudulently declared pandemics.

The United States noticed its withdrawal from the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2020 due to the organization’s mishandling of the COVID-19 pandemic that arose out of Wuhan, China, and other global health crises, its failure to adopt urgently needed reforms, and its inability to demonstrate independence from the inappropriate political influence of WHO member states. In addition, the WHO continues to demand unfairly onerous payments from the United States, far out of proportion with other countries’ assessed payments. China, with a population of 1.4 billion, has 300 percent of the population of the United States, yet contributes nearly 90 percent less to the WHO.

(b) Executive Order 13987 of January 25, 2021 (Organizing and Mobilizing the United States Government to Provide a Unified and Effective Response to Combat COVID–19 and to Provide United States Leadership on Global Health and Security), is revoked.
(c) The Assistant to the President for National Security Affairs shall establish directorates and coordinating mechanisms within the National Security Council apparatus as he deems necessary and appropriate to safeguard public health and fortify biosecurity.
(d) The Secretary of State and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget shall take appropriate measures, with all practicable speed, to:
(i) pause the future transfer of any United States Government funds, support, or resources to the WHO;
(ii) recall and reassign United States Government personnel or contractors working in any capacity with the WHO; and
(iii) identify credible and transparent United States and international partners to assume necessary activities previously undertaken by the WHO.
(e) The Director of the White House Office of Pandemic Preparedness and Response Policy shall review, rescind, and replace the 2024 U.S. Global Health Security Strategy as soon as practicable.

While withdrawal is in progress, the Secretary of State will cease negotiations on the WHO Pandemic Agreement and the amendments to the International Health Regulations, and actions taken to effectuate such agreement and amendments will have no binding force on the United States.
