FBI Director Wray Cries Wolf on China Again

On 06 May 20, the already sizable Moonshine catalog of intensive analysis that positions COVID-19 as a construct of enterprise fraud laid a foundational stone in ways that were exclusive in all regards. Recall that at this time, COVID-19 was fewer than 2 months from having been declared a “pandemic;” albeit a fraudulently predicated one. The population was drowning in a sea of hyperbolic propaganda designed to terrify them into accepting scary fake news and cooked up infection and mortality data stolen primarily from flu and pneumonia as some deadly disease outbreak but where the most deadly part of it all ended up being the coerced and forced remedy – the “vaccine” that was actually an mRNA bioweapon.

On that date, the analysis established the position that President Trump was a war-time president and that the U.S. was embroiled in an asymmetrical, irregular and undeclared war with China that was in direct alignment with Chinese hegemonic and military doctrines that I had intensively examined.

Moreover, China’s war against the U.S. aligned with its primary and preferred warfare strategy – biowarfare.

I began assembling and publishing the analysis into COVID-19 as a construct of enterprise fraud on 09 Feb 20 and for perspective, this is less than a month after the first 20 Jan 20 U.S. case and still over a month from it being declared a “pandemic” [13 Mar 20].

Since January of 2020, I vetted my own work on COVID because of the controversial nature of the positions and the exclusivity of them; and no rivaling work existed for a very long time.

The Moonshine work includes forecasting analysis by years of the precise march to a manufactured World War III with the very specific theaters of Russia/US [Ukraine], China/US [Taiwan, South China Sea] and the Middle East; just as we currently see.

I revisit all of this to make a very important point based on the fact that some/many of us have been sounding the alarm on China for a very long time and where the Moonshine analysis immediately fleshed it out; putting the crosshairs directly over Beijing while being sure to leave room for the close examination of the manipulative Globalist forces steering China from behind and within to desired ends.

The important point is that the FBI is keenly aware of the same accurate fact sets and substantially more ergo FBI leadership and the Bureau’s established direction are evidenced to be politically compromised and where China is the infiltrating root of that compromise.

Here is more anecdotal evidence of what I’m outlining, which is a greasy used car salesman trying to put you into some Chinese-made jalopy no one wants.

Those previously [and obviously] sounding the alarm on China include the FBI and Wray so we can identify problematic aspects of the more recent statements relative to previous ones.

Moreover, for proper perspective, Canada must be viewed and regarded as heavily influenced by China as an outright proxy [“Chinada”].

Remember the childhood story about the boy who cried wolf?

Apply that lens to mealy-mouthed political operative and intelligence community asset FBI Director Christopher Wray as we examine his recent remarks on China.

Soon after the “pandemic” was unpacked on the world in China, Wray said this back in 06 Feb 20:

China is threatening the U.S. economy—and national security—with its relentless efforts to steal sensitive technology and proprietary information from U.S. companies, academic institutions, and other organizations, FBI Director Christopher Wray said today.

Wray described the threat from China as “diverse” and “multi-layered.” He noted that the Chinese government exploits the openness of the American economy and society.

On 22 Oct 23, Wray addressed the precise same topic again to state:

The Chinese regime “is the defining threat of this generation. … There is no country that presents a broader, more comprehensive threat to our ideas, our innovation, our economic security, and ultimately our national security,” FBI Director Christopher Wray said.

There were 1,354 day or 3 years and 8 months and 16 days between those two virtually identical statements.

What did Wray do in between them?

The fraudulent “pandemic” and China’s biowarfare were leveraged to steal an election and install a Chinese proxy into the Executive – Joe Biden.

What did Wray do about that?

Nothing rather these are merely inconvenient facts to the IC and its proxy, Wray, who both continue to apply verbal window-dressing to continuing circumstances and scenarios that are often manufactured or permitted to happen.

In 2020, Wray said this about China:

Wray described the threat from China as “diverse” and “multi-layered.” He noted that the Chinese government exploits the openness of the American economy and society.

“They’ve pioneered an expansive approach to stealing innovation through a wide range of actors,” Wray said during opening remarks at the half-day Department of Justice China Initiative Conference in Washington, D.C.

Wray told the audience that China is targeting everything from agricultural techniques to medical devices in its efforts to get ahead economically. While this is sometimes done legally, such as through company acquisitions, China often takes illegal approaches, including cyber intrusions and corporate espionage.

“They’ve shown that they’re willing to steal their way up the economic ladder at our expense,” he said.

Almost four years later, Wray said this:

The FBI chief said that the CCP’s spying operations could be seen in many fields, including agriculture, aviation, biotech, health care, robotics, and academic research. Furthermore, Beijing’s tech theft is not limited to big businesses, like Fortune 100 companies, but extends to smaller startup firms.

With the 1,354 days available to Wray, what did he do to redress the known national security matters with China?

Nothing, because Wray is a broken record; a proxy designed for inaction and dismissive rhetoric in all of the right places; especially ones concerning China.

On China, Wray is all hat and no cowboy but on Biden’s political opposition, the same Wray cowboys-up hard and fast.

Even worse, that hat is by all appearances a black one… or perhaps a communist red one.

Wray said this in 2020:

The FBI is using traditional law enforcement techniques as well as its intelligence capabilities to combat these threats. He said the FBI currently has about 1,000 investigations into Chinese technology theft.

This is Wray in 2023:

“We probably have somewhere in the order of 2,000 active investigations that are just related to the Chinese government’s effort to steal information,” Mr. Wray said.

Shazam! We have our answer!

In the 3 years, 8 months and 16 days available to FBI Director Wray intercede on China’s asymmetrical, irregular and undeclared war against the U.S., which he himself identified back in early February 2020, he “probably” opened “somewhere in the order of” a thousand new investigations.

Good job, Chris.

Here’s more evidence of the half-truth style of obfuscation from Wray’s FBI in 2020:

Just last month, a Harvard University professor was charged with lying about his contractual arrangement with China.

To almost get the most critical information omitted and glossed over by the FBI, you are required to click the link where you’ll find parts of it in reference to a long-time topic of investigation, Harvard University professor Dr. Charles Lieber [emphasis added]:

BOSTON – The U.S. Attorney’s Office announced today that the Chair of Harvard University’s Chemistry and Chemical Biology Department and two Chinese nationals have been charged in connection with aiding the People’s Republic of China.  

Dr. Charles Lieber, 60, Chair of the Department of Chemistry and Chemical Biology at Harvard University, was arrested this morning and charged by criminal complaint with one count of making a materially false, fictitious and fraudulent statement. Lieber will appear this afternoon before Magistrate Judge Marianne B. Bowler in federal court in Boston.

Yanqing Ye, 29, a Chinese national, was charged in an indictment today with one count each of visa fraud, making false statements, acting as an agent of a foreign government and conspiracy. Ye is currently in China. 

Zaosong Zheng, 30, a Chinese national, was arrested on Dec. 10, 2019, at Boston’s Logan International Airport and charged by criminal complaint with attempting to smuggle 21 vials of biological research to China. On Jan. 21, 2020, Zheng was indicted on one count of smuggling goods from the United States and one count of making false, fictitious or fraudulent statements. He has been detained since Dec. 30, 2019.

Recall that investigations are opened either 1-to conceal the truth and seal away incriminating evidence or 2-to expose the truth and make that evidence public.

“Making a materially false, fictitious and fraudulent statement” is the perfect example of a “process crime” charge, which is standard operation in a scenario-1 cover-up.

The Lieber arrest was a cover-up.

The cover-up is further evidenced by the FISA marker attached to the Lieber case.

Lieber was conspiring with Chinese nationals who were CCP officers and Harvard students.

The conspiracy was borne out of China’s hegemonic Thousand Talents program as an interface to compensate Lieber [fraud].

The events took place in the years, months and days immediately running-up to COVID-19.

The FBI omits that the contents of the vials of “biological research” being smuggled by Lieber and his CCP co-conspiratorswere strains of SARS/coronavirus.

A FISA warrant provides heavy shielding in a circumstance like that where it supersedes all other jurisdictions making it a virtual vacuum.

A staggering amount of Western Empire travesties are committed and covered-up in the name of “matters of national security” [FISA applies].

Obama was already using a fully compromised FISA/FISC to spy on candidate and then President Trump and those mechanisms are the most secretive court functions making them inherently perfect to veil secretive operations.

In early 2020, I wrote a piece making that exact argument as applied to Lieber.

Digressing on the entangled Lieber evidence and returning to the broader analysis and our source article, it is a worthy read with much more for you to take to task as done here.

Beyond the Lieber case, another clear example of the FBI and intelligence community political operations is the Capitol “insurrection” entrapment operation and where the Justice Department pursues those constructed prosecutions with fervor and vigor.

The same zeal is applied to DOJ’s myriad special prosecutor/special counsel operations aligned with the two reasons above depending on which side of the aisle the “defendant” finds himself.

All of this nonsense from the FBI is fodder for morons and functional idiots at the same time it is emblematic of the definition of insanity: doing [or in this case, saying without doing anything] the same thing over and over with the expectation of a different outcome.

Know what happens when you do that and talk about it before and after?

Your “after” statements sound identical to your “before” statements because nothing changed in between; and where you were fully in charge of the before, the in between and the after.

Case made, Mr. Wray.

The old Moonshine analysis projecting the status quo and through to the present analysis is remarkably accurate and it’s why the social media accounts opened specifically to share that analysis were immediately censored and then outright banned; remaining heavily ghost/shadow banned today.

That is important for this reason – the FBI is fully aware of these fact sets yet it continues down a clearly established direction of political operations and two-tiered justice designed to eliminate the ruling class’ political opposition [I’ve written an entire series on that topic – The Hunt Is On].

This is why Wray and his FBI actively censored Americans proclaiming the truth about COVID-19, the stolen 2020 election, etc. in their partnership with Xwitter, Facebook, Youtube, etc.

Ultimately, we plug China and Wray’s old and new remarks on China into the existing analysis only to receive the same old output: a compromised and infiltrated federal apparatus from the Executive down and extending to the state and local levels in some areas that remains in stand-down to China’s ongoing asymmetrical, irregular and undeclared war against the United States that I warned about in early May 2020.

The threat from China can be measured in decades while the intensity has erupted in the years since the “pandemic.”

It has the globe on the brink of World War III and the FBI Director overseeing all of the treason and criminality in its run-up is responding by crying wolf again.
