FBI STUDY: More Law Enforcement Officers “Feloniously Killed” Under Biden/Garland DOJ Than in Any Other 3-year Period in Past 20 Years
ANALYSIS: Under the Biden Administration, “from 2021 to 2023, more officers were feloniously killed (194) than in any other consecutive three-year period in the past 20 years
Under the Biden Administration, “from 2021 to 2023, more officers were feloniously killed (194) than in any other consecutive three-year period in the past 20 years (73 officers in 2021, 61 officers in 2022, and 60 officers in 2023).” Today, the FBI’s Uniform Crime Reporting (UCR) Program released Officers Killed and Assaulted in the Line of Duty, 2023 Special Report, which is the source for that historically unsettling data point. The FBI study includes data from the Law Enforcement Employee Counts on the FBI’s Crime Data Explorer, linked at cde.ucr.cjis.gov. In an election year, the findings of the study are problematic for the “DEFUND THE POLICE!” crowd quietly and implicitly led by the Biden Administration, Joe Biden, the Department of Justice and AG Merrick Garland.
According to the FBI, “Officers Killed and Assaulted in the Line of Duty, 2023 Special Report, provides preliminary counts of law enforcement officers killed and assaulted in 2023, as well as an in-depth analysis of law enforcement officers who were killed or assaulted from 2014 through 2023, based on the data voluntarily provided by law enforcement agencies to the FBI’s UCR Program.”
For a presidential administration seeking reelection in 2024, which has leveraged two-tiered justice to target its political opposition at the same time it has walked both sides of the line to defund law enforcement agencies the nation over, the data set speaks for itself in the category of playing dumb games and winning stupid prizes.
Whoever thought it was a good idea to foment civil unrest by promoting protest at the same time you sought to defund those responsible for enforcing the law and ensuring public safety?
Not anyone without a duplicitous agenda.
A summer of “mostly peaceful protest” in 2020 that was unpacked after America was locked-down in a fraudulent “pandemic” presents as a perfect on ramp for the consequences resulting from the Biden Administration’s policy decisions.
The data evidencing those policy decisions is obvious on its face.
The FBI indicates that,
“The study of the data reveals, from 2021 to 2023, more officers were feloniously killed (194) than in any other consecutive three-year period in the past 20 years (73 officers in 2021, 61 officers in 2022, and 60 officers in 2023).”

Moreover, “a study of the data shows the rate of officers assaulted has increased each of the past three years.”
The study indicates that, “Agencies reported 79,091 officers were assaulted in 2023, marking the highest officer assault rate in the past 10 years. Most officer assaults occurred when responding to simple assaults against a non-officer (6,783 incidents), followed by drug/narcotic violations (4,879). The number of officers assaulted and injured by firearms has climbed over the years, reaching a 10-year high in 2023 with approximately 466 officers assaulted and injured by firearms.”
Joe Biden, the Left, Progressives, the DNC and whatever remains of Democratic voters can say whatever they want about the current state of affairs in this former Constitutional Republic being overthrown and transitioned to a Third World banana republic of stolen elections, fraudulent pandemics, illegitimate administrations and “insurrection” entrapment operations, but when the administration’s policies are directly responsible for an unprecedented number of law enforcement officers being “feloniously killed” in a 20-year period, that blood is on their hands.

GO DEEPER
On the Biden Administration’s platform of cultural Marxism and its detrimental impact on law enforcement funding that aligns with the “DEFUND THE POLICE!” cohort in the Democratic Party and directly contributed to more officers being “feloniously killed (194) than in any other consecutive three-year period in the past 20 years.”
The policy decisions of the Biden Administration to implicitly align with the cohort pushing the defund the police agenda rests within the context of elections and campaigns.
There’s an abundance of documentation about the position of Joe Biden being opposed to and not engaged in defunding the police; however, when the details are parsed-out and more closely examined, through shell-game funding approaches and the types of “law enforcement” domains being funded, a strong argument can be made and evidenced that Biden’s policy is in fact a defund policy and it aligns with the tenets of cultural Marxism.
When I say Biden is “implicitly” defunding the police, that’s what I mean.
As a campaign talking point, “DEFUND THE POLICE!” was used to hammer Democrats in the stolen 2020 elections where Republicans won writ-large except for Trump.
“That’s how they beat the living hell out of us across the country, saying that we’re talking about defunding the police. We’re not. We’re talking about holding them accountable,” Biden said in 2020 in a leaked recording.
Although Biden is on record opposing “defunding the police” his remarks must be examined through the lens of cultural Marxism and where the frame for that lens is China, the CCP and the PLA.
The CEFC China Energy Company and Joe Biden’s private equity deal with it bears down relative to the anomalous and meteoric increase in Biden’s income after he left office as Vice President in January 2017 [Burisma and much more bears down, as well].
Importantly, Biden deflected in his remarks about defunding the police in a way to bridge back to China’s cultural Marxism as reported by NBC: “Biden pledged that he would follow through on his promises to address systemic racism, but he warned about getting “too far ahead of ourselves” with critical Senate runoff elections in Georgia on Jan. 5.”
By diverting funding to DEI programs within law enforcement agencies, the net-effect is defunding where necessary funds aren’t available for customary reasons because they are invested elsewhere within the agency.
The other angle that is standard with federal funding and I saw it annually in a couple of decades in public education is that failure to meed federal standards results in the withholding of federal funds.
Biden’s remarks about holding law enforcement “accountable” bear down.
The evidence for this is found in the defund the police dialogue in the run-up to 2020 as reported by NBC: “Instead, activists, organizers, scholars and city residents are furthering the call, demanding that police be defunded, often under a “divest/invest” model. Those calling for defunding the police see the departments’ budgets as bloated and misappropriated when other crucial city services have to beg for scraps.”
The play is obviously to re-appropriate those funds based on those fraudulent arguments with the net-effect being defunding.
It’s easy to see how it plays-out and it’s all a Ponzi scheme; a shell game: “That could take many forms, like investing in violence prevention programs, public housing, health care and mental health care, as well as better support systems in schools instead of armed guards.”
Do you realize how many NGOs and other similar outfits are embedded in those domains and where the public:private interface is leveraged for insiders to clean-up on the government’s [our] dime?
Everybody wins except for us and the police.
By leveraging the tenets of cultural Marxism – things that pit, divide, sow division, create conflict, undermine unity, create unrest, foment violence, etc. – as the justification, defunding the police is achieved by re-appropriating the funds within the existing budget in accordance with those tenets.
When I tell you that everything they do is ENTERPRISE FRAUD, take that literally.
Of course, the impetus behind the defund the police movement was borne out of the 2020 George Floyd incident.
If it’s not all ENTERPRISE FRAUD, how did I accurately project this noting that it’s 3 weeks in advance of Floyd?
Moreover, the Obamagate analysis expanded to accurately envelop the Mar-A-Lago FBI Raid/entrapment operation: SPIES LIKE US: Analysis Confirmed, Obamagate Evidence Recovery Was Basis of IC Operations in Mar-a-Lago Raid.
In 2020, Biden said this, “No, I don’t support defunding the police. I support conditioning federal aid to police based on whether or not they meet certain basic standards of decency and honorableness,” Biden said Monday in an interview with CBS News.”
The analysis above bears down with full might relative to standards and the withholding of federal funding especially where the standards are set according to the tenets of cultural Marxism.
What are the “certain basic standards of decency and honorableness”?
They are the tenets of cultural Marxism according to China and the CCP: diversity, equity, inclusion, systemic racism, etc.
At the time, Biden’s campaign put out this statement, “As his criminal justice proposal made clear months ago, Vice President Biden does not believe that police should be defunded. He hears and shares the deep grief and frustration of those calling out for change, and is driven to ensure that justice is done and that we put a stop to this terrible pain,” Biden spokesman Andrew Bates wrote Monday.”
This is evidence of implicit defunding while speaking out of both sides of the mouth, as the position lays-out.
Biden is essentially saying, “I believe this, not that” but where this and that are actually the same thing.
The subtle nuance of the crux of this matter is not funding or defunding but withholding funding for failing to comply with “certain basic standards” that take the form of cultural Marxism.
Marxists get funded and others don’t.
Just for fun, plug-in another variable: George Soros.
Through his network of NGOs and other entities, Soros funds the internal controlled demolition of the USA.
Soros also funds Attorneys General and local prosecutors who by law reserve prosecutorial discretion in all cases handled by law enforcement so even if the police are doing their jobs, those efforts can be entirely interceded on and negated to varying degrees.
At the same time, it provides the legal interface to pursue political opposition with the full might of the DOJ:

We see familiar faces and for one:
Soros is everywhere, just ask Fanni Willis and a bunch of others.
Digressing and of course, the JV team and future VPOTUS was all in: “Biden’s call for policing reform rather than defunding was echoed by fellow Democratic Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA), who argued investments in the community could be a better use of resources that are often heavily allocated for policing.”
As ABC reports, here is the evidence of the subtly nuanced shift to cultural Marxist policies that equate to defunding the police without defiunding the police: “While the former vice president is unlikely to embrace many of the reforms some activists are calling for, his movement to the left on the issue of criminal justice reform mirrors a broader shift that has been taking place in the Democratic Party for decades.“
What has infiltrated and influenced the US for decades to impact policy?
China.
Who benefits most from a destabilized USA in the throes of civil unrest and lawlessness?
China.
The evidence overflows to immigration law and the enforcement thereof where in 2020 as he maneuvered politically trying to find middle ground before the election, Biden said, “We shouldn’t abolish ICE, we should reform the system. ICE is not the problem, the policies behind ICE are the problem, and that’s easy enough to fix if the president knows what he or she is doing,”
What did Biden do after the 2020 election?
Biden reformed the system where ICE was prevented from doing its job while 15 million illegal immigrants [Trump’s last stated figure] have poured over US borders during his tenure in the Executive.
Who benefits most from that?
China.
Moreover, the law enforcement considerations at the southern border extend to America’s fentanyl crisis:

From where does the fentanyl primarily come and who benefits most from its importation to the US?
China and China.
What did the analysis put forth on 06 May 20?
That China was engaged in an asymmetrical, irregular and undeclared war against the US and within that position, cultural Marxism is wielded like a battle axe: Cultural Marxism Is Ravaging America: How “Systemic Racism” and the LGBQT Agenda Have Americans Pitted, Divided and Fighting Themselves So Enemies Don’t Have To.
In November 2021, Biden signed three bipartisan laws into effect to begin police funding.
CNN reports, ““Today’s investment and the bills I’m about to sign share goals of law enforcement and first responders: be the protectors and the partners our communities need,” he said. He went on to tout his administration’s efforts to invest in community policing and training programs for community-based partners, including new grants from the Department of Justice to help build legitimacy and trust, address gun violence and combat domestic extremism. He thanked Attorney General Merrick Garland for “leading these efforts.”
Sidebar: Note the “gun violence and combat domestic extremism” relative to the argument laid-out in this series of analysis: THE HUNT IS ON causing me to ask, why is everything interconnected and why is it always connectable if the positions in the analysis are off the mark [They’re not off the mark, they’re just difficult to accept and reconcile.]?
Did Biden’s “funding” deliver tangible difference makers or was it more flowery and ambiguous language wrapped-up in emotions, feelings and things that serve cultural Marxism?
Let’s see:
“The COPS Counseling Act, he said, helps support mental health resources for law enforcement.”
“The Protect America’s First Responders Act, Biden said, helps those disabled or killed in the line of duty, including firefighters, EMTs and other law enforcement. It includes disability and education benefits and expands those who are eligible. “This bill restores our sense of valor,” he said.”
“Biden also signed the Jaime Zapata and Victor Avila Federal Officers and Employees Protection Act. “It sends a message to drug cartels, terrorists, and criminals – wherever they operate – if you attack our agents, you will not escape our justice,” he said.”
0-3, Joe.
Even worse, the only message Joe has sent to the cartels is that the border is theirs and we don’t give a single shit about those enforcing its security or the ramifications for 15 million unvetted illegal aliens who have poured across as a component to Cloward-Piven strategy.
Those three bills don’t impact the streets of America or crime rates despite the warm and fuzzy feelings they give those incapable of thinking independently and critically.
Right before the 2022 midterm election Biden predictably changed his tune to align with polling and his observation on why Democrats got hammered in 2020 [except for him, of course]: FACT SHEET: President Biden Issues Call for State and Local Leaders to Dedicate More American Rescue Plan Funding to Make Our Communities Safer – And Deploy These Dollars Quickly.
What Biden did was use a construct of enterprise fraud [COVID-19] to fund the police antithetical to his party’s political agenda so as to benefit his party in an election year.
Still think these people represent you and not China?
Here’s the true story of violent crime in America and Joe Biden’s convoluted defund the police agenda, which is obfuscated by the nuanced complexity of cultural Marxism as it sticks to the Intelligence Community script; and predictably it’s based on enterprise fraud:
More confirming statistical data is contained in this analysis: BIDEN ADMINISTRATION: How the World’s Leading Exporter of Guns Faked a “Pandemic” and Created a Legal Backdoor To Breach Separation of Powers and Destroy the Second Amendment at Home.
The Biden Administration funds things relative to law enforcement in ways that tug on the heartstrings of those incapable of thinking independently and critically.
This enables the Biden Administration and its platform of operational cultural Marxism to talk out of both sides of its mouth and pull cash out of both of its pockets as it lies on its face about what it’s actually doing – implicitly defunding the police; and this is especially true during an election year, like right now.
For these reasons, the blood of law enforcement is on the hands of the Biden Administration because it oversaw and is responsible for the policies and political dialogue resulting in “more officers were feloniously killed (194) than in any other consecutive three-year period in the past 20 years.”
-End-
I concur that the CCP is exploiting our US legal systems, but with the blessing of the the global financial institutions and NGOs.
It is my suspicion that this is not just a bid to replace the US as the primary superpower, but by extension, to replace the US as the global police and protector of international shipping.
You use the phrase ‘bears down’ several times. Are you coining this phrase? I’ve never heard it before. I can extrapolate its meaning based on how it’s used, but I have never seen it prior to today. Some sort of colloquialism?
