MORE ENTERPRISE FRAUD: Clear Evidence of Intelligence Community’s Post “Pandemic” Clean-up Ops

ANALYSIS: By all appearances, the IC is singling out the sacrificial lambs to cover for itself as it engages in more enterprise fraud to cover and conceal its earlier COVID-19 enterprise fraud.

In early January 2020 at the time the COVID-19 “pandemic” was unpacked on us, I positioned the “public health crisis” as a construct of enterprise fraud prosecutable under RICO statute. I researched and vetted my own positions for over a year and found no rivals to the analysis that I was putting forward. Through an intermediary often cited in the work as “Wall St.”, the analysis was being back-channeled to several well-positioned sources including within the Executive and the DOJ. When I received a message back from Deputy White House counsel back in early 2020 through my intermediary saying, “Tell your friend to keep going. He seems to be the only one who’s figured it out,” I knew the instincts and the analysis were precisely on-target.

INTRODUCTION & ENTERPRISE FRAUD

Occasionally, I will introduce an article with an historical review as a courtesy to new readers and this is one of those occasions.

In my prior career investigating fraud, the work product is admissible in court and you could find yourself on the stand testifying as to methods and findings so the work product is vetted and water-tight on the front end for all of the obvious reasons.

I apply this approach to the work here and it makes the reading technical, burdensome, lengthy and complex, which is why Moonshine is an acquired taste and not for everyone.

At Substack and with respect to yesterday’s article confirming existing analysis, Shanghai Moon remarked, “I think that this doesn’t surprise most of us anymore, and that we have already figured it out. At this point, it is just a matter of collecting the drops into a bucket until it weighs enough to activate the biased scales of justice. I would say that more and more evidence is becoming discussed in more mainstream media and that the Overton Window is correcting itself. More importantly, it makes the work reliable and far closer to the truth than anything to be found in the mainstream.”

He has a point on growing awareness and as a trained eye himself, he hits on the most important aspect of publishing an article like that: developing an archive of factual history that is irreproachable due to its technical accuracy, sourcing, and citing.

I was told privately by a small and highly informed group in this fight with an inside line to the Trump Administration and apparant time machine prowess – figuratively, not literally – that the aggregate work will stand as one of the most accurate historical accounts for the time period it covers.

I started doing this work as a hobby; for fun, and soon discovered that an eye trained to follow evidence made for accurate analysis well beyond the news and media and it’s often long in advance; routinely by years: A Picture Is Worth a Thousand Words: World War III Projections, Confirmations and Developments.

The COVID-19 analysis at Moonshine, which goes entirely ignored by every media outlet that I’ve sent it to and continue to send it to; and which has been heavily censored, ghost-banned and shadow-banned; and continues in that mode thanks to Elon Musk’s version of Xwitter that is no different than the old version in censoring free speech and violating the First Amendment because of “community guidelines,” is unrivaled and thousands of pages deep in the aggregate form: Something Is Not Right at Musk’s Twitter, Is it Good or Bad? I will continue to call-out the NOT SAVIOR Musk until he frees my account of supposedly 22.5k folks following along, which I suspect is heavily infiltrated by bots as a backdoor censoring mechanism, until the posts no longer linger largely unseen going days and weeks with egregiously anemic engagement that’s mathematically impossible outside of deliberate censorship.

For example, yesterday’s article post at Xwitter is minutes away from the 24-hour mark and it has 171 views in a ratio to an audience of 22.5k.

Earlier, when I looked at it just before, it had 187 views.

So Musk’s people make sure that no one sees the work and then they immediately begin DELETING the ones who do.

I put DELETING in all caps for the reasons outlined below.

Musk is no savior but he is one to leverage the geopolitical dynamics to the benefit of his own enrichment even if it includes saying one thing and doing the opposite.

Not a savior.

As with any research, investigative and analytical approach to examining and understanding any topic, for the discerning eye, clear patterns normally emerge and those repeated patterns become the basis to establish reliable findings resulting from the analysis.

Those findings include basic attribution for COVID-19 being assigned to the Intelligence Community as the operational central node to a “pandemic” that is actually a construct of enterprise fraud prosecutable under RICO statue.

Where Moonshine got it right and quite literally everyone else got it wrong; thus explaining why the analysis went unrivaled for so long and why an obscure account with hardly any subscribers was so heavily and repeatedly banned and censored, was the application of the lens of enterprise fraud as the primary investigative vector.

Whereas others were examining the medical, viral and epidemiological aspects of the “pandemic;” and arguing over mitigations, masking and forthcoming “vaccination,” I leveraged my background as a former fraud investigator to formulate the analysis by working to comprehend those components and plugging them into a developing body of work clearly indicating that COVID-19 was enterprise fraud.

The enterprise fraud lens was key to it all.

None of COVID-19 made any sense – BY THE INTELLIGENCE COMMUNITY’S DESIGN – unless it was examined through the lens of enterprise fraud.

They said don’t worry, then worry.

Not a threat, then a deadly “pandemic” threat.

Don’t mask, then mask.

No travel restrictions, then travel restrictions.

Bullshit, then more bullshit.

Beyond common sense and independent and critical thinking skills, the only other thing that made all of that bullshit instantly identifiable was the lens of enterprise fraud.

That singular position and the aggregate analysis derived from it later landed me on a team of Senators, doctors, judges, attorneys, investigators, analysts, et al that found the exact same evidence.

That team accounts for the first federal lawsuit and the other is my own.

THE INTELLIGENCE COMMUNITY

Tenets in the analysis establish clear entanglements from China and they directly overlay COVID-19 and for both, the Intelligence Community is directly involved and the operations therein belong to it.

This is why the analysis positions the IC as the operational central node.

These facts require us to examine China, COVID-19 and the IC both 1-independently and 2-as fully enmeshed; and I have done that work since a viral outbreak was first reported in China back on 27 Dec 19.

I sent the analysis directly to O’Keefe and he did not respond.

How the Intelligence Community in its role as the operational central node overlays the enterprise fraud/RICO considerations and the ongoing limited hangout exit from COVID operations is the lens for understanding the COVID cover-up.

THE COVID COVER-UP

The COVID cover-up is already arduously evidenced and we’re stacking on top of it.

The first consideration is the nature of enterprise fraud and especially when it involves the manipulation of data.

I can demonstrate this with several illustrations centering on this notion: if you’re selling apples as oranges and you’re manipulating the apples and oranges data to do it, it creates inconvenient data on the oranges end and in order to keep aligned with the fraudulent narrative supporting the apples/oranges transactions, that data requires reconciling and that normally means DELETING IT.

With the following illustrations, it’s important to remember that any data surrounding COVID infection and mortality didn’t arrive until February going into March of 2020 and so there were no real objective data sets to begin parsing out; however, once that work began, it was abundantly clear what the IC was doing:

As a former fraud investigator, when I see two reciprocal and inverse lines presenting in hockey stick form with perfect symmetry demonstrating the emergence of one thing at the exact same rate and proportion as the disappearance of another; and it looks like this, it springs every red fraud flag I know:

It’s easy to see the horsetrading with oranges on the left and apples on the right.

And then they said that for the COVID-19 “pandemic,” dead people [mortality] aren’t important anymore, it’s how many people get infected that’s important and they said that at the exact moment in time in mid-April 2020 that mortality was in actual decline.

Can’t have a “pandemic” without dead people – now you understand the kick-start value of the policies that placed positive patients in nursing homes among the most vulnerable and susceptible – unless you stop measuring dead people and measure something else like made-up, fake, doesn’t matter “new cases.”

It’s especially so, when you misapply a diagnostic test like the RT-PCR test, which is dependent upon specific calibration to cycle threshold values, which measures viral load as an indicator of virulence, and then you spool up the CT values to anonmously high levels to create the very specific net-effect of FALSE POSITIVE CASES AT EXPONENTIAL LEVELS.

It permits you to turn the pandemic on and off like a light switch and they cited “variants” to do it when flu/pnuemo wasn’t around from which to steal data:

When you do something like apples to oranges horsetrading and you want to stay out of prison, it later requires you to do something like this:

Translated: When it comes to COVID-19 mortality – AND YOU CAN’T HAVE A PANDEMIC WITHOUT DEAD PEOPLE; ESPECIALLY A FAKE PANDEMIC – the federal government and the Intelligence Community lied on average by 94.5%

Only 5.5% of what they were telling you was truthful.

That work from 2020-2021 is why I was so heavily censored and remain so.

Let’s focus on THE PROBLEMATIC DATA POINT constituting the 94.5% on average lie identified above caused by the apples to oranges COVID data swap.

Recall the timelines – analysis from 2020-2021 relative to May 2024 and where the analysis projects like a crystal ball.

Now consider this reporting from 24 May 24: Overreporting COVID-19 As An Underlying Cause Of Death Inflated Mortality Numbers During Pandemic: Analysis.

From it: “A new analysis suggests COVID-19 was reported more frequently than it should have been as an underlying cause of death, inflating COVID-19 mortality numbers and attributing deaths from other causes to the virus.”

Like I said in the Xwitter post above, 4.5 years late.

What happens if people listened to the analysis from 4.5 years ago instead of the news today: The Eleven Days That Could Have Altered History and Prevented the Present but No One Listened.

How much death and destruction is avoided?

This is why I was and remain so heavily censored – dead horse kicked.

Beyond DELETING THE PROBLEMATIC DATA POINT[S], in enterprise fraud constructs where the architects, builders and executors of the fraud scheme face severe criminal sentencing if found guilty, it’s also important to DELETE ANY PROBLEMATIC COMMUNICATIONS.

Now consider this reporting from 24 May 24: ‘I Did Delete All Of Peter’s Emails Relating To Origin’: COVID Cabal Conspired To Destroy Evidence To Evade FOIA Requests.

From it: “A new trove of emails released by the House Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic reveal that top researchers involved in manipulating bat coronaviruses to better-infect humans then conspired to delete email evidence of their communications surrounding the Covid-19 outbreak.

The communications focus on top NIH adviser Dr. David Morens, who solicited help from the NIH’s Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) office to dodge records requests. Morens is currently on administrative leave.

“Morens began assisting Dr. Daszak in how to respond to NIH compliance efforts,” the release continues – referring to EcoHealth Alliance boss Peter Daszak, whose organization was suspended this month from receiving federal funds for three years.”

Again, recall the timeline considering this analysis from June 2021: Daszak Delivered Damning Details in 2016.

To understand the House Select Committee’s release, position it as a functionary of the IC contributing to the ongoing cover-up and concealment operation predicated by ODNI’s report as laid-out in the linked analysis above.

This HSS on COVID-19 is playing along and plugging in to the ODNI construct.

The deleted emails are relative to the straw-man argument serving as a deflection point mechanism away from the truth.
