Office for Access Director Lays-Out DOJ Architecture for Cultural Marxism

On Friday, the Director for the US Office for Access, Rachel Rossi, delivered a keynote address at the American Bar Association conference on language, justice and technology at Seattle University of Law. Through appropriate lenses and wittingly or not, Rossi lays-out a critical aspect of the Biden Administration’s architecture for the application of cultural Marxism within DOJ.

“Language,” “justice” and “technology” are not just random words but carefully selected and thematic ones that serve a particular purpose that will be laid-out.

Rossi is the Director of the Department of Justice Office for Access to Justice:

Rossi’s background and ABA remarks should be examined closely relative to reliable analysis and evidence indicating that an illegitimate Biden Administration has and continues to bend America’s institutions back against the people in a forced conversion to Marxist communism, which from a tactical perspective through the lens of Chinese military doctrine, necessitates leveraging cultural Marxism to whip the people to predetermined ends adverse to their own posterity.

Perhaps one of the most egregious examples of cultural Marxism as sown through US law and law enforcement are the laws pertaining to “hate crimes.”

Are crimes somehow worse because of the criminal’s intent or motive; as if murder could be better if the reason for it were “B” and not “A?”

Murder is murder unless you care to leverage the race of the offender to politically advantageous ends and extend those crimes by projecting them onto innocent others for the reasons of political persecution and the elimination of ones political opposition.

That “hate” can make murder worse is fodder for idiots and mask-wearing slaves who believe in “systemic racism.”

That “hate” can exacerbate an actual crime for political purposes; especially for a presidential administration hunting its political opposition and especially in the form of cultural Marxism, is the foundation of cogent, rational, critical and independent thinkers.

The Biden Administration’s hunting of its political opposition is a thoroughly and arduously evidenced position in the analysis that is accepted on its face and left for further examination by anyone doubting the undeniable fact set: THE HUNT IS ON.

From there, consider that Rossi previously served as Deputy Associate Attorney General in the Office of the Associate Attorney General, Vanita Gupta and where Rossi also served as the inaugural Anti-Hate Coordinator for the Justice Department.

Associate AG Gupta, who was the third highest appointment at DOJ, was appointed by President Barack Obama as the chief civil rights prosecutor for the US and oversaw a wide range of civil rights enforcement matters [go deeper on Gupta].

“Anti-Hate” is “pro-Marxism” and the feeble-minded and self-anointed offenders of “systemic racism” love to bask in their assigned guilt while virtuously ascribing to the very Marxist tenets that will undo them and the rest of us.

The daughter of first-generation immigrants to the US [Greece and Dominican Republic], Director Rossi’s background deserves close scrutiny beyond “Anti-Hate Coordinator”: Los Angeles County Public Defender’s Office; the Los Angeles County Alternate Public Defender’s Office; the Federal Public Defender’s Office for the Central District of California [where she vigorously defended thousands of low-income clients in state and federal courts]; Counsel to Senate Judiciary Committee Chair Richard J. Durbin; Counsel to the U.S. House of Representatives; Committee on the Judiciary; Subcommittee on Crime, Terrorism, and Homeland Security [working for then Crime Subcommittee Chair Karen Bass].

Rossi is a cookie-cutter, stamped-out Liberal progressive selling and advocating for victim-hood and that makes her one of two things: a witting or unwitting co-conspirator in the US conversion to Marxist communism.

So is Gupta, who was also born to first-generation immigrants [India].

People don’t get appointed by Marxists like Obama and Biden for reasons other than a willingness to hoodwink people into accepting the elixir of cultural Marxism and then enforcing it with an iron fist, like Rossi and Gupta.

The other explanation is that they are unwitting, which means they aren’t very intelligent and therefore aren’t suitable for the position held.

For anyone needing an explanation for why a deteriorating America looks like a Third World banana republic, reread the previous sentence.

In the overlay of Rossi’s position and duties, the enforcement of Marxist communism and cultural Marxism can not be properly examined unless it is examined through the lens of rampant and unmitigated illegal immigration as a policy position by the Biden Administration.

In short and in part, Rossi’s ATJ office is designed to benefit the 10-12 million illegals that have crossed under Biden’s watch and with the Biden Administration’s direct assistance [and China’s [UN]].

Rossi’s Access to Justice Office [ATJ] was established under Obama in 2010 “to address the access-to-justice crisis in the criminal and civil justice system.”

According to the ATJ website,

ATJ’s mission is to help the justice system efficiently deliver outcomes that are fair and accessible to all, irrespective of wealth and status. ATJ staff works within the Department of Justice, across federal agencies, and with state, local, and tribal justice system stakeholders to increase access to counsel and legal assistance and to improve the justice delivery systems that serve people who are unable to afford lawyers.

ATJ is guided by three principles:

• Promoting Accessibility — eliminating barriers that prevent people from understanding and exercising their rights.

• Ensuring Fairness — delivering fair and just outcomes for all parties, including those facing financial and other disadvantages.

• Increasing Efficiency — delivering fair and just outcomes effectively, without waste or duplication.

To translate these principles into action, ATJ pursues strategies to leverage and better allocate justice resources, and works to:

• Advance new statutory, policy, and practice changes that support development of quality indigent defense and civil legal aid delivery systems at the state and federal level;

• Promote less lawyer-intensive and court-intensive solutions to legal problems; and

• Expand research on innovative strategies to close the gap between the need for, and the availability of, quality legal assistance.

In summary, ATJ is a functional office within DOJ to matriculate diversity, equity and inclusion, which is patented cultural Marxism being wielded by our chief political, economic and military adversary China to facilitate the internally controlled demolition of the US in conspiracy with foreign domestic actors and principally, its proxy Joe Biden and the Biden Administration.

Perhaps recognizing it for what it is as a functional tool for the propagation of Marxism, the DOJ under then AG Jeff Sessions and President Donald Trump closed the ATJ in 2018 to much criticism from a cohort of Democratic Senators representing the usual Marxist suspects.

In 2021, the Biden Administration reversed course and reopened ATJ when,

President Biden issued a Memorandum restoring the Department of Justice’s access-to-justice function and reinvigorating the White House Legal Aid Interagency Roundtable (LAIR). The LAIR convenes 28 federal agencies to improve coordination among federal programs and increase availability of meaningful access to justice for individuals and families, regardless of wealth and status. Through interagency collaboration and stakeholder engagement, the LAIR develops policy recommendations that improve access to justice in federal, state, local, tribal, and international jurisdictions, and advance relevant evidence-based research, data collection, and analysis of civil legal and indigent defense, and promulgate best practices.

The Biden Administration even integrated its “pandemic” of enterprise fraud into the Marxist rhetoric to justify ATJ’s resurrection,

“The coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic has further exposed and exacerbated inequities in our justice system, as courts and legal service providers have been forced to curtail in-person operations, often without the resources or technology to offer remote-access or other safe alternatives.”

The Biden Administration, DOJ and AG Merrick Garland positioned ATJ as a functionary of LAIR.

LAIR’s broader functions therefore extend to ATJ.

I want to begin by applauding the ABA for convening this conference focused on the issue of language justice and technology, and for the commitment to language access that your presence here demonstrates. I also want to uplift the ABA’s work to update the standards for language access in courts. Through this effort, you are demonstrating the importance of consistent updating of language access best practices, which is ongoing work that needs to be regularly revisited.

Brandishing “language” as a weapon of war and firing it along side “technology”/AI to deliver “justice” for people with “language” barriers is evidence of an ongoing process.

That process entails leveraging cultural Marxism in the literal inversion of our society to then be enforced by Marxist communism.

The inversion of American society is multifaceted and occurs along many lines.

One example of this inversion occurs in media and entertainment programming and I detest it with every fiber of my being because it is antithetical to natural order and natural law: destruction of the alpha male and elevation of the beta male.

Who influences and controls the programming?

At the end of that string and noting heavy Jewish control and influence over US media and entertainment, it’s China.

It’s as simple as saying China wants to fight the guy on the left but doesn’t have to, because the guy on the left has too much education, not enough common sense and is unwittingly working for China by wearing his mask, getting his clot shots, feeling guilty about being white, sacrificing his own heritage and history for the sake of someone else’s and just plainly enjoying the comfy confines of life as a slave where his devices and slave masters tell him what to think, what to believe, what to do, when to do it and the rest.

Another example in the inversion of American society as a designed outcome for the application of Marxist communism and cultural Marxism is inequitable preference given to traditional minorities, women, illegal immigrants, etc.

Racial quotas in hiring, admissions, sentencing, borrowing/lending, etc. are all examples of cultural Marxism dressed-up like a pig in lipstick.

In a Constitutional Republic that is rooted in democracy and driven by capitalism, anything outside of an outright meritocracy is incompatible with and will undermine the very thing its designed to serve.

When China and the Intelligence Community are done waging the warfare of cultural Marxism, US history will have been rewritten such that America was founded and brought to the present by minorities, illegal immigrants and women while white America will have taken a backseat in Rosa Park’s old spot or gotten kicked off the bus altogether.

So, when Rachel Rossi goes gallivanting in Liberal progressive haven Seattle to talk about the weapon of war “language” as impacted by “technology” in the matriculation of “justice,” people should pay strict attention because it’s word salad telling you exactly what they’re doing and what they’re doing is exactly what the analysis indicates it is.

When Rossi says, “Today, as we all grapple with expanding language justice and emerging technology, I would like to address why a people-centered approach is the critical backbone to our policies, initiatives, plans and strategies,” what she really means is that the importation of 10-12 million illegals with “language” barriers will be overlaid with the matriculation of “justice” to invert society according to the tenets of cultural Marxism and “technology” is going to help.

Now, when Rossi says, “And it comes as no surprise that when considering the establishment of a national office on access to justice, one of the priority areas raised was “enhancing the navigability of the justice system through technology, disability, language, and cultural access,” the veil is lifted and the cultural Marxism is plain as day: “justice,” “technology,” “language,” and “cultural access.”

There is a blueprint; a schematic, that is in play and it relies on Marxist communism and cultural Marxism as enforcers and levers.

When its operators like Director Rossi speak about it, examine the word salad carefully to identify the indicators.

Know that once you do, further identifying this type of Marxist propaganda is like shooting fish in a barrel and where the propaganda is ubiquitous.
