“Pandemic” of Enterprise Fraud Delivers the “Conspiracy” They Said Did Not Exist: WHO and EU Launch Vaccine Passport System, How Long Before It Arrives in the U.S.?

The World Health Organization and the European Union announced the launch of a “landmark digital health partnership” on 05 Jun 23. The announcement represents many things but most importantly, it represents a monumental encroachment on basic human rights in the form of highly restricted travel dependent upon compelled or forced “vaccination” that includes experimental, dangerous and deadly mRNA injections that failed to qualify for the legal, standard, medical or patent definition for a “vaccine” until they changed the definition to accommodate mRNA.

I’ve spent years analyzing and compiling the evidence including years of service on my team led by Dr. Henry Ealy, sponsored Oregon State Senators Dennis Linthicum and Kim Thatcher and litigated by Mr. Stephen Joncus. In early 2022, our team filed a federal grand jury petition targeting the current and former Directors of the CDC, the current and former Secretaries of HHS and the then and now Director of the NVSS. Simply put, we claimed and evidenced the enterprise fraud of COVID-19 that I analyze and report on in granularity. That litigation remains ongoing.

Reflecting back to the start when the enterprise fraud construct of COVID-19 was unpacked on America and the rest of the world, many of us came out of the woodwork to issue warning after warning after warning.

My warnings included this list, which I put out on 21 Mar 20 exactly 2 months and 1 day after the first US case in Washington on 20 Jan 20:

Any form of a vaccine passport system inserts directly into that list; especially as it relates to authoritarianism, a Globalist installed one-world government driven by Marxist communism, individual liberties and rights, etc. The list was fashioned for the US but clearly extrapolates globally. That list stands as 100% accurate 3 years down the road.

Thinking back to early 2020, there were many who directly warned of a global vaccine passport system including the work at Moonshine.

Now it’s here; at least in the EU in conjunction with the UN/WHO.

Recall, the substantial work invested in evidencing that the aggregate of the UN/WHO/Tedros is soured and tainted as a Chinese proxy just like Joe Biden.

The substantial work into China/UN/WHO/Tedros is rooted in funding and includes this review from my 20 Feb 23 article, which focuses on the UN’s global pandemic treaty as a vehicle to deliver one-world government, which I have branded as life on the “technocratic global plantation”:

On its face, the funding data for the WHO isn’t entirely damning respective to China.

It’s not until the veil is lifted on the United Nations’ funding that China’s prominence and power becomes clear and obvious.

After COVID-19 was unpacked and delivered to the world, the Bookings Institute published this document in September 2020, which reinforces and further evidences my longstanding position on China’s top-tier funding of the United Nations. It states:

China’s growing influence inside the United Nations is inevitable, stemming from President Xi Jinping’s more assertive foreign policy and the fact that China’s assessed contributions to the world body are now second only to those of the United States. Traditionally focused on the U.N.’s development activities, China now flexes its muscles in the heart of the U.N., its peace and security work. The Chinese-Russian tactical alignment in the U.N. Security Council challenges protection of human rights and humanitarian access, demonstrated in July 2020 when China and Russia vetoed two resolutions regarding Syria and both blocked the appointment of a French national as special envoy for Sudan. With China now the second largest provider of assessed contributions to both the U.N.’s regular budget (at just over 12% compared to 22% from the U.S.) and peacekeeping budget (15% compared to about 27% from the U.S.),1 an honest appraisal would conclude that China indeed has a legitimate case in expecting more say in the U.N. than it has traditionally pursued.

The takeaways are obvious on their face: 1-China is the number two funding source for the United Nations behind only the United States and 2-China and Russia have aligned tactically in the domain of international security [war].

Overlay this fact set with my evidenced positions on China respective to COVID-19 and the full corpus of analysis into the multiple-front war scenario with China [Taiwan/South China Sea] and Russia [Ukraine] that exceeds 100 articles and draws back to March 2021.

In short and succinctly, a compromised and long infiltrated U.S. government under the direction of a Globalist cartel of hijackers that is under the leadership of Klaus Schwab and the World Economic Forum uses China as their hammer to every nail. This occurs while they build the architecture and infrastructure to enslave us all on the technocratic global plantation. COVID-19 was the mechanism to introduce it all and then galvanize the technocratic components: medical tyranny and the One Health architecture of medical tyranny, the resulting conditioning of society to accept it [just like the post-9/11 environment respective to the Patriot Act and other constitutional infringements], movement towards an international pandemic treaty and eventually, the implementation of global governance under the guise of “health” and “safety.”

The word “safety” is the most dangerous word in the English language.

Remember a major premise that I outlined long ago and which is directly evidenced in the timeline work: the UN/WHO has led-out on every COVID outcome with the US following immediately thereafter. Here are two examples of this that are imperative to comprehend:

This is the first building block of the WHO Global Digital Health Certification Network (GDHCN) that will develop a wide range of digital products to deliver better health for all.

“Building on the EU’s highly successful digital certification network, WHO aims to offer all WHO Member States access to an open-source digital health tool, which is based on the principles of equity, innovation, transparency and data protection and privacy,” said Dr Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, WHO Director-General. “New digital health products in development aim to help people everywhere receive quality health services quickly and more effectively”. This partnership will include close collaboration in the development, management and implementation of the WHO GDHCN system, benefitting from the European Commission’s ample technical expertise in the field. A first step is to ensure that the current EU digital certificates continue to function effectively. […]

One of the key elements in the European Union’s work against the COVID-19 pandemic has been digital COVID-19 certificates. To facilitate free movement within its borders, the EU swiftly established interoperable COVID-19 certificates (entitled ‘EU Digital COVID-19 Certificate’ or ‘EU DCC’). Based on open-source technologies and standards it allowed also for the connection of non-EU countries that issue certificates according to EU DCC specifications, becoming the most widely used solution around the world. To help strengthen global health preparedness in the face of growing health threats, WHO is establishing a global digital health certification network which builds upon the solid foundations of the EU DCC framework, principles and open technologies. With this collaboration, WHO will facilitate this process globally under its own structure with the aim to allow the world to benefit from convergence of digital certificates. […]

This cooperation is based on the shared values and principles of transparency and openness, inclusiveness, accountability, data protection and privacy, security, scalability at a global level, and equity. The WHO and the European Commission will work together to encourage maximum global uptake and participation. Particular attention will be paid to equitable opportunities for the participation by those most in need: low and middle-income countries.

Quite literally, everything you read from the UN/WHO announcement is dripping with enterprise fraud [my specialty.]

Words and phrases like “equitable opportunities,” “shared values and principles,” “inclusiveness,” “security” and “equity” are the fork-tongued utterances of the criminal enterprise snake. It’s how they hoodwink people into supporting their own enslavement.

Moreover, the UN/WHO’s targeting of “low and middle-income countries” wreaks of eugenicists executing an agenda of elimination and depopulation of those the elite consider to be the undesirables.

Let’s pause to kick a dead horse for the purpose of clarity. This is the legal definition for [enterprise] fraud from US Legal:

Fraud is generally defined in the law as an intentional misrepresentation of material existing fact made by one person to another with knowledge of its falsity and for the purpose of inducing the other person to act, and upon which the other person relies with resulting injury or damage. Fraud may also be made by an omission or purposeful failure to state material facts, which nondisclosure makes other statements misleading. […]

To constitute fraud the misrepresentation or omission must be made knowingly and intentionally, not as a result of mistake or accident, or in negligent disregard of its truth or falsity. Also, the plaintiff must prove that the defendant intended for the plaintiff to rely upon the misrepresentation and/or omission; that the plaintiff did in fact rely upon the misrepresentation and/or omission; and that the plaintiff suffered injury or damage as a result of the fraud. Damages may include punitive damages as a punishment or public example due to the malicious nature of the fraud.

There are many state and federal laws to regulate fraud in numerous areas. Some of the areas most heavily litigated include consumer fraud, corporate fraud, and insurance fraud.

US Legal

In simplistic terms, review the graphic illustration above and the short video “Where Did the Flu Go.” Everything COVID was borne out of that basic fraud formula from early 2020: flu/pneumo replaced by SARS-CoV-2; a SARS variant pathogen with 40,000 US patents attached to it [Dr. David E. Martin.]

Domestically, the Throckmorton doctrine [UNITED STATES v. THROCKMORTON] holds that, “There is no question of the general doctrine that fraud vitiates the most solemn contracts, documents, and even judgments.”

Succinctly, there’s enough reliable and irrefutable evidence to undo all of COVID-19 via Throckmorton because rampant enterprise fraud [data manipulation] predicated the US federal government’s Emergency Use Authorization. Therefore, the EUA and anything contiguous to or derived from it is defective and toothless.

Once again in simplistic terms, it means that anything derived from the origins of the COVID-19 “pandemic” [of enterprise fraud] is vitiated or rendered null and void. This includes any form of rationalization or basis for a vaccine passport system in the US, as the US is a UN/WHO member nation, or a UN/WHO international pandemic treaty [1 2 3 4 5 (search website for more entries] as a form of one-world government underpinned by medical tyranny, enterprise fraud and fear mongering that would see the US forego national sovereignty.

In the end, COVID-19 is always what I say and evidence it to be – the vehicle of enterprise fraud to usher in the technocratic global plantation.

In the end, it seems the “conspiracy theorists” remain the most authoritative and reliable sources of information, analysis and evidence because and quite literally, everything we’ve proffered has been entirely accurate.

More importantly, the projected scenarios underpinned by reliable and copious evidence that are often made months to years in advance continue to manifest precisely as projected.

Meanwhile and relative to the same, the federal apparatus and its lapdog legacy media continue to assert their fraudulent narrative antithetical to the truth. President Trump was entirely on-point: the MSM are the “enemies of the American people.”

The UN/WHO/EU vaccine passport system leaves the US in a precarious position with unmitigated Marxist communism and global governance sans national sovereignty hanging in the balance.

The UN/WHO has led-out. The vaccine passport system they said would never exist is now here.

Will the US follow the UN/WHO lead again?

Every indication is that the answer is YES.

The only thing standing between that coming reality and freedom, liberty and independence is the same American people who have yet to take a stand and put their corrupt, criminal and Marxist federal government in an appropriately checked position.

They work for us. They represent us. They abide by the will of the people.

Americans have difficult decisions and choices ahead like the ones already gone by and responsible for the status quo, where the people kowtowed in fear to remain in acquiescence to tyranny. Whether the people intercede on a vaccine passport system and global governance remains to be seen.

A word to the American people: choose wisely.

There’s a distinct difference between what is happening to us v. what is being done to us. Failing to discern that difference amounts to a fatal mistake.
