‘SIGNALGATE’: US National Security Advisor Mike Waltz and Occam’s Razor
ANALYSIS: Occam’s prevails to indicate that Waltz is entirely unfit for the duties of US National Security Advisor because he is an insider threat guilty of leaking in information operations.
Signalgate, as it has become known, has drawn the crosshairs down on the Trump Administration’s National Security Advisor Mike Waltz and deservedly so. Details aside, the crux of Signalgate is that the editor-in-chief of The Atlantic, Jeffrey Goldberg, who is an operative for the Democratic Party and the Intelligence Community/Pentagon/NATO/State Department conglomerate, was included in a private Signal thread between Waltz, US Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth, Vice President JD Vance, Secretary of State Marco Rubio and others relative to a pending US strike on Houthis in Yemen. Goldberg then took to print in The Atlantic engaging in information operations to sow seeds of doubt in the Trump Administration’s ability to properly manage national security by claiming he, as a private citizen, was given DOD war plans.

In the fallout from Goldberg’s Atlantic hit piece, Waltz slow-walked to the truth without ever confirming it; instead demurring and deflecting to word salad by claiming he doesn’t know or associate with Goldberg, didn’t add Goldberg to the Signal group and that Goldberg’s contact info was magically sucked into his phone before adding itself to the Signal group.
Waltz said he thought that Goldberg was someone else but declined to say whom.
How convenient?
It’s all nonsense.
It’s all lies.
And it’s all part of operations.
Meanwhile, Goldberg has continued to call Waltz the apparent liar that he is in his insistence that the two are associates of some degree and known to one another.
Moreover and most likely comporting with the truth that Waltz is avoiding, Goldberg’s contact information was in Waltz’s phone because Waltz put it there just like he included Goldberg in the Signal group.
The lens of Occam’s razor tells us that Goldberg is right, Waltz is lying and that makes Waltz a compromised insider threat to Trump’s Administration.
What has the analysis positioned for so long?
That the precise framing of Trump was occurring through information operations declaring him a “national security threat.”
For example, consider this confirming article from April 2024: “National Security Threat” Analysis Confirmed: Intelligence Community Operates In Rinse/Repeat Mode With DOD Trump Attack.
Given the robust analysis into Trump’s framing as a “national security threat” it is not by accident, happenstance or coincidence that the first substantial leak threatening the Trump White House entailed national security and was designed to paint the Trump Administration, ergo Trump the man, as a “national security threat.”
The operational lawfare and the information operations now interceding on the Trump Administration comport with those that began back in 2015, when the same operators framed the incoming President Trump for FISA/FISC abuses as a “national security threat,” which was packaged as “Russian collusion,” and have continued unimpeded to the present.
Yesterday’s analysis reviewed this in light of new developments: Trump Declassifies Crossfire Hurricane Documents That Will Evidence Truth About Obama, Biden et al Criminality.
What do we know about US National Security Advisor Mike Waltz that would properly situate him as an operative who facilitated a leak to frame Trump as a “national security threat,” which is his principal domain of authority?
We can’t answer that question without accepting this longstanding position:
What linkages, associations and services has Mike Waltz maintained over his career and where do his loyalties lie?
Does Waltz’s tenure in the swamp enmesh him with ‘Dynastic Bush’ and the generational timeline that produced the Intelligence Community/Pentagon/NATO/State Department conglomerate that is directly opposed to Donald Trump and his agenda to return America to The People?
Consider the Waltz fact set overlaid with context.
Waltz is a decorated military veteran, special operator and former Green Beret who served multiple deployments in Afghanistan, the Middle East and Africa.
Waltz is also a China hawk making him a palatable and functional candidate to Trump for US National Security Advisor; especially given the overlay of his extensive national security experience.
This is because Trump almost certainly agrees with Waltz’s assessment that the US is in a cold war against China, which the analysis here at Moonshine has positioned as a generational asymmetrical, irregular and undeclared war.
By all appearances, Waltz functioned within the DeSantis machinery in succeeding DeSantis, who was elected as Florida’s governor.
This machinery would never permit someone off-reservation to succeed DeSantis in such a critical role.
Not the timing and anti-Trump bias in the following:
“Trump offered a late endorsement in 2018 for Waltz, who was on his way to a double-digit win in an expensive race for Congress against Ambassador Nancy Soderberg. That was an interesting development given reports at the time that Waltz reportedly didn’t want a Trump rally in his swingy district.
Meanwhile, Waltz actually entered the race for Congress in 2017 before DeSantis formally committed to his run for Governor.

Note Waltz’s tenure on the Intelligence, Armed Services and Foreign Affairs committees, which can be seen as functionaries of the IC/Pentagon/NATO/State Department conglomerate:
Elected to the House in 2018, Waltz sat on the Intelligence, Armed Services and Foreign Affairs committees. He also serves on the House China Task Force with 13 other Republicans.
Before running for elected office, Waltz served in various national security policy roles in the George W. Bush administration in the Pentagon and White House. He retired as a colonel after serving 27 years in the Army and the National Guard.
ABC News [link]
Note above Walt’s “national security policy” service to George W. Bush, the Pentagon and the White House relative to “Dynastic Bush” considerations.
Waltz’s Pentagon service in national security was in the domain of defense policy director for Secretaries of Defense Donald Rumsfeld and Robert Gates.
Moreover, consider that Waltz worked “as a defense policy director in the Pentagon and as counterterrorism advisor to Vice President Dick Cheney” [link].
That is the same Dick Cheney who was a chief architect of 9/11 and who is the father of Liz Cheney, whom Joe Biden’s Autopen pardoned for her role in entrapping and prosecuting Biden’s political opposition, ergo Trump’s base, when they exercised their First Amendment rights at the US Capitol over a patently stolen 2020 election.
Consider that in 2010, Waltz “co-founded a small business, METIS Solutions, a defense consulting firm that has grown to a staff of more than 400 in Virginia, Florida and nine countries across Europe and the Middle East” [link].
METIS “provides strategic analysis, intelligence support, and training,” with offices in Arlington, Virginia; Tampa, Florida; Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates; and Kabul, Afghanistan” [link].
Consider that, “Led in part by Waltz, the company won coveted contracts to train special forces in Afghanistan, including a controversial program to develop artisanal mining operations in strategic villages” [link].
That made Waltz a federal contractor overlaid by the Intelligence Community during the Obama Administration.
Waltz left METIS to serve in the House beginning in 2018 and then in November 2020 and in consideration of the stolen 2020 election, METIS Solutions was sold.
Consider this timeline and the flow of money directly into Waltz’s pockets upwards of $26 million further noting the domain of national security:
In July 2020, shortly before its acquisition by PAE, Metis Solutions was awarded a $26 million contract from the military on “counter threat finance.” The announcement of the award noted that the work would be conducted in Afghanistan and the U.S.
Congressional ethics disclosures show that in 2019, Waltz held up to $1 million in equity from Metis Solutions and up to $250,000 in options of Metis Solutions stock. In November 2020, PAE announced that the company was acquiring Metis Solutions in an all-cash deal worth $92 million with the self-proclaimed goal to increase its foothold in the intelligence, analysis, and training space serving government clients. The lawmaker’s subsequent ethics disclosure, filed last week, shows that he earned between $5 and $25 million in capital gains from his stock sales, in addition to up to $1 million from exercising his options.

The evidence is sufficient enough to ask if Waltz’s payday was in advance for his pending efforts to sabotage the Trump Administration in the domain of national security.
The analysis here examines timing intensely so consider that, “For Waltz, the timing was impeccable. The sale occurred just before the formal announcement by both Donald Trump and Biden to finally end the war in Afghanistan. PAE’s stock is now down nearly 20 percent since last year, with the greatest drop in value occurring over the last month” [link].
Waltz has spent his career in service to the Intelligence Community/Pentagon/NATO/State Department conglomerate, which has framed Donald Trump for attack and removal from office under the guise of a “national security threat.”
Much of Waltz’s career has focused on the domain of national security and he earned a king’s ransom working for the conglomerate as a contractor with a questionable payday occurring on a suspicious timeline.
Occam’s would consider how it is that someone functioning at the highest levels of US national security with the highly technical and requisite acumen that is required for that work can’t figure out basic OpSec for a group text thread?
It’s a rhetorical question.
Occam’s prevails to indicate that Waltz is a compromised individual who is continuing in service to the IC/Pentagon/NATO/State Department conglomerate that is in opposition to and operationally attacking President Trump.
Occam’s prevails to indicate that Waltz and Goldberg know each other just as Goldberg posited and that the latter’s inclusion on the Signal Houthi Small Group thread by the former was an aspect of the information operation to expose Trump as a national security threat and therefore Waltz conspired with Goldberg on that operation.
Mr. Trump is famous or infamous – reader’s choice – for telling folks, “You’re fired!”
It is in the best interest of Mr. Trump, his administration and the American people for Trump to fire Waltz immediately because by all indications, Waltz is a legitimate insider threat who leaked highly sensitive national security information on behalf of his IC/DoD/NATO/State principal and for the express purpose of framing Trump for attack.
Waltz claimed that Goldberg’s contact information must have “sucked in somehow” and asked “but how did the number get into the chat? Have you ever had somebody’s contact that shows their name, and then you have somebody else’s number there?” [link].
Waltz went on to say, “You’ve got somebody else’s number on someone else’s contact. Of course, I didn’t see this loser in the group. It looked like someone else. Now, whether he did it deliberately or it happened in some other technical means is something we’re trying to figure out” [link].
Waltz said that he thought Goldberg was someone else but wouldn’t say whom.
These are all not just lies, but flimsy and unbelievable lies.
By Waltz’s own admission, he is one of two things: 1-entirely unfit for the duties of US National Security Advisor -OR- 2-guilty of leaking in operations serving his IC/DoD/NATO/State principal.
Either way, Waltz should be fired.
Occam’s prevails to indicate that it’s both: Waltz is entirely unfit for the duties of US National Security Advisor BECAUSE he is an insider threat guilty of leaking in operations serving his IC/DoD/NATO/State principal.
Trump must fire Waltz immediately.

Alex Wong needs to be looked at too. The whole saga smells of an orchestrated scheme by the deep state. You made some salient points here. It was an unforced error that should not have happened. Trump learned a lot from the first term and was able to strategize, strengthen, re-assemble a team and galvanize voters in the four years following the 2020 steal. However, the deep state leviathan has many tentacles and will stop at nothing to thwart Trump and the MAGA agenda. With the help of some of his closest confidantes and unsuspecting allies in key positions he needs to be vigilant in preventing subversives waiting in the in the wings to "take another bite at the apple". It is unenviable position to be in but he carries the weight of a majority of Americans to carry out his agenda.
Transitory. The whole Signalgate seems very well contrived.
