Syria Falls, the Prospective Peace Deal in US Proxy War Against Russia Through the RICO Lens, Zelensky’s ‘Golden Exile’

Yesterday, it was reported that anti-Assad Syrian insurgents operating as Al Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS), which has a genesis tying back to Al Qaeda ergo Iran, overtook Damascus causing President Bashar al-Assad to flee war-torn Syria; the longtime Russian ally. The analysis here has forever positioned Syria as the most plausible flashpoint for a kinetic start to World War III revisiting that point and the surrounding fact set with regularity. Most recently, Russia’s newest ally China had thrown its support behind Syria just before terrorists positioned as Western proxies began to wreak havoc on the nation and displace Assad, who has since fled Damascus and Syria altogether. Anytime a dictator and tyrant is removed, a power vacuum is created and for the meantime, it has been filled by a terrorist front with Iranian ties that is serving as a US proxy. With longstanding diplomatic and military ties underpinning Russian/Syrian nations, the US proxy war against Russia that has intensified and escalated flashpoints in Russia’s periphery now includes the fall of Damascus and Assad’s removal, which presents severe exposure for the critical military infrastructure that Russia has maintained in Syria for decades. The timing of Assad’s fall relative to the emergence of a prospective Russia/Ukraine peace deal in conjunctions with significant escalations in Russia’s periphery makes Syria the powder keg we’ve warned about for so long as an indicator for regional stability and security in the Middle East. The lens that may be most informative to this timing isn’t a customary one – RICO. RICO considerations for the Biden Administration and its constructed path to war in Ukraine stand to be highly informative as will discuss.

Therein, an important aspect of the analysis is the concept of actual war v. threat of war and specifically, global war as compared to regional war.

Desired regions are targeted for imperialistic and hegemonic objectives that normally entail regime change operations in the nation states the conglomerates further targets for proxy status.
That is what Ukraine and President Volodymyr Zelensky are – proxy agents of war for the conglomerate: The Keystone of Corruption.
An important aspect of these types of operations is the intelligence community component of perception management operations where the US leverages its counterinsurgency manual to build coalitions aligned with a constructed narrative driving war predication, color revolution, regime change, etc.

RUSSIA
To cast a positive ray on an otherwise gloomy forecast, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov said on Friday, “As for us, we are open to holding an honest dialogue that is based on mutual respect and consideration of interests.”
We have closely examined the measured restraint that Russian Vladimir Putin has exercised in order not to escalate the full scale regional war into a global one despite an obscene and egregious display of aggressive war escalations on behalf of Joe Biden and the conglomerate.
Ryabkov’s statements give hope that global catastrophe can be avoided in the run-up to Trump’s inauguration noting that his remarks were slightly critical of the incoming President:
“The big question is whether the new [US] administration will jump on this opportunity,” the Russian diplomat continued.
Ryabkov pointed out that “by throwing shade at the current [US] administration, Trump and his camp send mixed signals, adhering to the principles of ‘America first’ and ‘peace through strength.’”

UKRAINE
The underlying driver of the US proxy war against Russia as examined in arduous detail is the generational encroachment of the NATO conglomerate on Russian national security and sovereignty.
After breaking the former USSR into Russia and its former satellite sates, those nations have been routinely targeted for defense and security treaty’s and NATO membership.
Ergo, the crux of the US proxy war against Russia is Ukraine’s NATO membership – dead horse kicked.
Reports of a possible peace deal have therefore and not surprisingly hinged on Ukraine’s NATO membership.

Ukraine will still remain a de facto member of NATO so long as its security guarantees with the bloc’s members remain in effect.
Zelensky recently flip-flopped on ceasefire terms by signaling that he’d accept a cessation of hostilities in exchange for Ukraine being admitted to NATO, though without Article 5 applying to all the territory that he claims as his own while the conflict remains ongoing. The Ukrainian Foreign Ministry then released a statement about how their country won’t accept any alternative to NATO membership. The Kremlin predictably described this demand as unacceptable.

Nevertheless, what’s lost amidst the latest news about Zelensky’s flip-flop on ceasefire terms is the fact that this is actually just a faux concession since there isn’t any chance that he’ll capture all of his country’s lost territory, plus he’s still demanding NATO membership, which is at the root of this conflict. At the same time, Ukraine is already arguably a de facto member of NATO after clinching a spree of security guarantees with many of its members over the past year, which resemble Article 5 in spirit.

These facts makes Romania a critical nation state in the region relative to Russia regional policy and national security.

Something unprecedented just happened in the NATO and EU member country of Romania – a top court on Friday annulled the first round of the country’s presidential election. Essentially there will now be a ‘do over’ election.
The Constitutional Court made the decision even as voting is still underway in the diaspora. “The electoral process for the election of the President of Romania will be resumed in its entirety, with the Government required to set a new date for the election of the President of Romania as well as a new calendar program for carrying out the necessary actions,” the court said in a statement.
The court decided “to annul the entire electoral process for the election of the President of Romania… to ensure the correctness and legality of the electoral process” – in a controversial ruling which has simply never happened.

In November 2024, Donald Trump appointed retired Lt. Gen. Keith Kellogg as Assistant to the President and Special Envoy for Ukraine and Russia. This new role places Kellogg at the forefront of US efforts to address Russia’s ongoing war in Ukraine.

In Section 5 of Kellog’s plan, the contingency on Ukraine for the continued receipt of US aid and American taxpayer funds is shifted from supporting a war-time effort to supporting a peace-time effort.
