TIMING! The Day After Biden’s Disastrous Debate, DOJ Indicts Chinese Scientist Who Patented Immune Response Inhibitor Accelerating Cancer Growth, Entangled in COVID-19, SARS-CoV-2, mRNA and Cancer

ANALYSIS: Wang’s arrest on unrelated felony charges for fraud represents the Intelligence Community’s designs to control a potentially compromised asset in broader COVID operations.

On the day following Joe Biden’s disastrous debate against Donald Trump, Attorney General Merrick Garland and the Department of Justice announced the indictment of Hoau-Yan Wang issued by a federal grand jury in the District of Maryland. Two things immediately stand-out in the indictment: the indictment’s timing and Wang’s background.

DOJ states that,

According to court documents, Hoau-Yan Wang, 67, was a tenured medical professor at a public university’s medical school, as well as a paid advisor and consultant to a publicly traded Texas biopharmaceutical company. From approximately May 2015 through approximately April 2023, Wang allegedly engaged in a scheme to fabricate and falsify scientific data in grant applications made to the NIH on behalf of himself and the biopharmaceutical company. As alleged, the fraudulent grant applications to the NIH sought funding for scientific research of a potential treatment and diagnostic test for Alzheimer’s disease and resulted in the award of approximately $16 million in grants from approximately 2017 to 2021, part of which funded Wang’s laboratory work and salary.

DOJ goes on to say, “Wang is charged with one count of major fraud against the United States, two counts of wire fraud, and one count of false statements. If convicted, he faces a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison for the count of major fraud, 20 years in prison for each count of wire fraud, and five years in prison for the count of false statements.”

On its face, there’s nothing awry with the indictment until you begin to peel back the layers of controversy that account for Wang’s background relative to the timing of the indictment.

TIMING

Timing is always an immediate point of examination with new developments and Wang’s indictment raises two red flags that compound in aggravating form.

The first red flag is the timing of a Friday release, which is customarily used for one of two reasons: 1-To feature the story and set the tone for the weekend news cycle heading into the new cycle on Monday or 2-To bury the story alongside substantially more important stories so that it is missed and gets lost.

In Wang’s case, it’s the latter, where DOJ decided to issue the press release immediately following the biggest story of 2024 according television ratings.

The timing is obviously problematic occurring on a Friday following the most consequential story of the year.

Look here, Joe is out, don’t look here, what comes next with Wang.

WANG’S BACKGROUND

Hoau-Yan Wang’s background includes his status with CUNY School of Medicine and Cassava Sciences, Inc., both of which are cited in an NIH FOIA log.

Wang’s affiliation and work with Cassava is at the heart of the indictment and following the news of it, Cassava’s stock tanked by 46%: Cassava Sciences’ Shares Down 46% After Adviser Is Indicted [submitted by Moonshine contributor “Wall St.”].

In September 2021, Cassava released a statement pushing back on the allegations of fraud to state, ““Let me be very clear: I think these allegations are false,” said Remi Barbier, President & CEO. “The allegations claim our science is improbable, unexpected and unique to Cassava Sciences, and therefore it’s all an elaborate fraud. By these criteria, all drug innovations are fraudulent. We intend to vigorously defend ourselves and our stakeholders against false and misleading allegations.””

In November 2021, Cassava pushed back again citing evidence submitted to it by the Journal of Neuroscience.

If Cassava is accurate in its defense of Wang and his Alzheimer’s work, then it draws into question the fidelity of the indictment from DOJ relative to Wang’s deep entanglements with SARS-CoV-2, COVID-19 and even H5N1; those details laid-out below.

Cassava’s work doesn’t necessarily overlay the COVID-19 “pandemic,” SARS-CoV-2, or mRNA injections directly; however, in at least one instance, I’ve identified where Cassava funded a scientist [Barbara J. Sahakian] who contributed to this research: Covid-19 and promising solutions to combat symptoms of stress, anxiety and depression.

Sahakian’s work centers on “the neural basis of cognitive, emotional and behavioural dysfunction in order to develop more effective pharmacological and psychological treatments;” focusing on “early detection, differential diagnosis and proof of concept studies using cognitive enhancing drugs.”

Another scientist in this study partly funded by Cassava is Shouyan Wang and according to his bio, he is a clear CCP and PLA asset: “Shouyan Wang received the Ph.D. degree from Fourth Military Medical University, Xi’an, China, in 2000. He is currently the Deputy Director of the Institute of Science and Technology for Brain-inspired Intelligence, Fudan University, Shanghai, China, and Director of Neural and Intelligence Engineering Centre. His research interests include deep brain stimulation for neurological diseases, intelligent neuromodulation technology, neural decoding, and clinical neurophysiology.”

Notably, Cassava Sciences, Inc. faces a citizens petition requesting that the FDA halt the current clinical studies of Simufilam PTI-125, it’s proprietary Alzheimer’s drug at the center of Wang’s indictment.

Further cursory research indicated few other nexuses between Cassava Sciences, Inc. and the COVID-19 “pandemic” noting that further development is required.

One plausible Cassava nexus to consider is the direct correlation between SARS-CoV-2 infection, “long COVID” and mRNA injections with neurological pathology including cognitive functioning; the latter being a direct overlay to Cassava’s Alzheimer’s work under Wang.

To suggest that Cassava’s work on Alzheimer’s, led by Wang, overlays COVID-19, SARS-CoV-2 and mRNA injections relative to its work on neurological pathology and congnitive functioning respective to Alzheimer’s isn’t a far stretch – brain science is brain science.

Biographical information on Wang is very limited and not surprisingly so.

Beyond the Cassava and CUNY connections, little exists beyond an unconfirmed link to Hanover Medical School in Germany and where that citation does not exist in other sources.

The direct correlation between Hoau-Yan Wang and COVID-19, SARS-CoV-2, mRNA and H5N1 is found in a patent that Wang holds as a co-inventor for an immune response inhibitor that functions as a cancer accelerator.

Justia Patents indicates that Wang is a part of 48 patents, including the one identified as the basis for this post:

Canadian patent number CA3200516A1 entitled Inhibiting an immune response mediated by one or more of tlr2, rage, ccr5, cxcr4 and cd4 is laced with “SARS” [18 citations], “COVID” [10 citations], H5N1 [2 citations], cancer [10 citations] and “inhibit-/-ing/-or” [83 citations.]

The correlating US patent number is 20220233512 and features the same title: INHIBITING AN IMMUNE RESPONSE MEDIATED BY ONE OR MORE OF TLR2, RAGE, CCR5, CXCR4 AND CD4.

In short, Wang patented an immune response inhibitor that accelerates cancer.

Overlay that with an the abundance of evidence demonstrating the direct correlation between COVID-19 mRNA injections and the phenomenon of “turbo cancer.”

The patent document states, “The present invention contemplates a method of treatment that inhibits an immune response mediated by one or more of TLR2, HMGB1, CCR5, CXCR4 and CD4 receptors. The immune response to be inhibited is the induced release of one or more of the above inflammatory cytokines that at times can lead to pathogenic inflammation. The method and use also lead to the lessening of the severity of the immune response that can itself be life-threatening due to a hyperinflammatory syndrome such as sepsis, cytokine storm, hypotensive shock or multi-organ failure.”

The patent document also cites, “As a key regulator of the cytoskeleton network, FLNA interacts with many proteins involved in cancer metastasis, [Yue et al., Cell & Biosci 3:7 (2013)] as well as in many other conditions. Thus, Nakamura et al., Cell Adh Migr. 5(2):160-169 (2011), discuss the history of research concerning FLNA and note that the protein serves as a scaffold for over 90 binding partners including channels, receptors, intracellular signaling molecules and transcription factors. Phosphorylation has become recognized as a global regulator of cellular activity, and abnormal phosphorylation is implicated in a host of human diseases, particularly cancers.”

A cursory examination of the 48 patents of which Wang is a part depicts a rope consisting of strands of Alzheimer’s and neurological patents braided together with patents for immune response inhibitors that accelerate cancer growth.

Not only does Wang’s work feature immune response inhibitors that accelerate cancer growth, it also centers on the ability to inhibit cancer growth.

Therein, Wang demonstrates an ability to both turn cancer on and off, so to speak.

For three obvious examples of Wang’s patents, consider: 1-METHOD FOR INHIBITING GROWTH OF CANCER CELLS, 2-Method for inhibiting growth of cancer cells and 3-METHOD FOR INHIBITING GROWTH OF CANCER CELLS.

Considering what is laid-out, it’s no wonder Wang’s full biographical information is unable to be located and the assumption is that it threads right to China, the CCP and the PLA, but that requires further development if the information can even be identified.

SUMMARY FINDINGS

Summary findings require us to fall back on the principal that investigations/prosecutions are conducted by a thoroughly corrupt DOJ for one of two purposes: 1-To expose crimes and give fidelity to prosecution and the rule of law or 2-To obfuscate, cover and conceal crimes as a function of operational lawfare.

Recall that ODNI began its “limited hangout” exit strategy from the COVID-19 “pandemic” construct of enterprise fraud roughly a year ago when it reverted back to the previous “lab leak” theory as a deflection point resting on a straw man the Intelligence Community is building for its exit strategy.

Overlay the timing of Wang’s indictment on unrelated fraud charges with his highly suspect and compromised background that is thoroughly entangled in all of the worst and most problematic elements identified on the back end of the “pandemic” – neurological, cognitive and cancer pathology resulting from the bioengineered and therefore bioweapon SARS-CoV-2 and its supposed mRNA “vaccine” [not a vaccine] treatment, which is actually the more formidable bioweapon – and the indictment itself becomes highly problematic.

There is sufficient evidence to question Wang’s indictment and the timing of it relative to what roles Wang and his research may have played in the construct of enterprise fraud and the commission of crimes against humanity known as the COVID-19 “pandemic.”
