WORLD WAR III: Helicopter Crash Killing Iranian President Raisi and Foreign Minister Escalate Tensions with Iran, Attribution to Intelligence Community

ANALYSIS: With operational footprints in Armenia and Azerbaijan and a heavy Middle East presence, attribution for the helicopter crash killing Iranian President and Foreign Minister assigned to the IC

On Saturday, Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi and Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian perished in a helicopter crash during a return trip from an official visit to Azerbaijan. Reporting indicates that, “President Raisi, the foreign minister and all the passengers in the helicopter were killed in the crash,” according to an anonymous Iranian official.

Initially, rugged terrain and adverse weather conditions hampered search and recovery efforts.

The elephant in the room is the impact of the deaths of the Iranian President and his foreign minister relative to Iran’s role in a third world war to which we have been incrementally marching by design after a foreign policy change by the incoming Biden Administration in December 2020, when the decision was made to shift focus away from China and back to NATO’s favorite “boogeyman” Russia.

Presidential transition is always a precarious time in US policy and the Intelligence Community leverages it routinely, like when outgoing presidents hand incoming presidents Executive Orders permitting the new administration to pursue action antithetical to America’s best interests, which his how the entire “pandemic” was foisted onto us: Dangerously Changing Inconvenient Rules.

The aggregate war analysis nearing 200 pieces in this incremental march to a thermonuclear World War III is as deep and detailed as it as accurate and reliable in its arduous approach to cover all of the essential details and therein, Iran plays a substantial role for the architects of world war.

IRAN

Of course, the architects of war reside in the Intelligence Community and in March , I reviewed the importance of Iran in this piece: WHY IRAN MATTERS: Biden’s Foreign Policy on Iran Is the Path to War.

Leaving that analysis for independent consumption knowing that I draw it back to 1965 and envelop Executive Order 12170, the Clinton Administration, the Biden Administration, which renewed that EO on 07 Nov 23, the Obama Administration and Obama’s failed JCPOA, the contextual backdrop can be reduced to this:

1. It is critical to “to comprehend that essentially everything is enmeshed and interconnected and that includes the JCPOA and Iran relative to China, Russia, Ukraine, etc.” [March 2022]

2. “If people want to know the path to World War III, it runs through the heart of Iran and that’s why Iran matters.” [March 2024]

Against the the backdrop of the existing analysis, it becomes extremely difficult to discount, diminish or dismiss the role that the US and Western Intelligence Communities, as the architects of war, likely played in the deaths of the Iranian President and Foreign Minister.

If World War III “runs through the heart of Iran” and our Intelligence Community just eliminated Iran’s President and Foreign Minister, the rest becomes basic math.

Moreover, apply the established position for the projected kinetic flashpoint for World War III consisting of 05 Nov 24 [election day] +/- 3 months thus providing a range of 05 Aug 24 – 05 Feb 25.

Now, ask yourself if the 2-month window of June and July 2024 represent sufficient time to ratchet up tensions with Iran to spill over to a broader conflict in the Middle East?

Ask yourself if the clearly manufactured Hamas/Israel protests are the pretext for this conflict?

Do Iran’s diplomatic relations with Syria as its proxy nuclear arms manufacturer; and Syria’s longstanding diplomatic and military relations with Russia impact this dynamic?

What about the unprecedented formulation of significant diplomatic, economic and military relations that Russia and China have embarked on after remaining geopolitically opposed forever?

What about my accurate March 2021 projection that China and Russia would align in exactly that fashion – no one else positioned that at that time?

What about Iran’s close ties to China?

These are just some of the questions from a long list of highly detailed ones that stand to impact Americans in ways unfathomable [read the full analysis and make plenty of time to do it because it’s substantial].

ARMENIA

Now consider the following fact sets from March 2023 as an overlay.

In reference to the map above, augment the facts with this from Aljazeera: “US soldiers will complete a joint military exercise with Armenian forces in Armenia on Wednesday as planned, and the exercise was not affected by the launch of a major military operation by neighbouring Azerbaijan, according to a US military spokesperson. The spokesperson said on Wednesday there had been no change to the 10-day Eagle Partner 2023 exercise involving 85 US soldiers and 175 Armenians, despite Azerbaijan’s launch of what it called an “antiterrorist” operation in the Nagorno-Karabakh region on Tuesday….Though small in scale, the drill has irked Russia, which has a military base in Armenia and regards itself as the prime security guarantor in the region. Earlier this year, Armenia refused to host military drills by the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO), a Russian-led alliance of post-Soviet countries, reflecting Yerevan’s growing tensions with Moscow.” [Source]

“The United States and Russia both had troops stationed in Armenia this week as neighboring Azerbaijan launched a major military offensive in the ethnic-Armenian controlled territory of Nagorno-Karabakh. A U.S. military spokesperson said Wednesday that American troops would complete a joint-military exercise as planned with Armenian forces in the country, which houses a Russian military base that was set up following an interstate agreement between Moscow and Yerevan in 1995.”

Relative to the above and what follows, recall what was laid-out in the foundational piece Follow the Money: that energy is the currency of global corruption and criminality.

Note the 1995 date above respective to this from the March 2024 analysis and the analysis on energy as the currency of corruption, where on 12 Mar 24, Biden renewed EO 12957: “Press Release: Notice on the Continuation of the National Emergency With Respect to Iran: “by Executive Order 12957, the President declared a national emergency pursuant to the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (50 U.S.C. 1701‑1706) to deal with the unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security, foreign policy, and economy of the United States constituted by the actions and policies of the Government of Iran. On May 6, 1995, the President issued Executive Order 12959, imposing more comprehensive sanctions on Iran to further respond to this threat. […] The actions and policies of the Government of Iran — including its proliferation and development of missiles and other asymmetric and conventional weapons capabilities, its network and campaign of regional aggression, its support for terrorist groups, and the malign activities of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps and its surrogates — continue to pose an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security, foreign policy, and economy of the United States. […] I am continuing for 1 year the national emergency with respect to Iran declared in Executive Order 12957.  The emergency declared by Executive Order 12957 constitutes an emergency separate from that declared on November 14, 1979, by Executive Order 12170, in connection with the hostage crisis.  This renewal, therefore, is distinct from the emergency renewal of November 7, 2023.  […] This notice shall be published in the Federal Register and transmitted to the Congress.”

Bill Clinton issued EO 12959 and the broader facts sets portray the duplicity coming out of the Biden Administration on Iran as I put it in March 2024: “ANALYSIS: The Biden Administration that eased sanctions to fund the world’s leading exporter of terrorism is the same Biden Administration that by a matter of policy officially acknowledges the asymmetrical, irregular and undeclared war against America that is the entire spine of the aggregate Moonshine analysis. Specifically and while easing sanctions to fund Iran at $10b, the Biden Administration acknowledges and cites how Iran’s “proliferation and development of missiles and other asymmetric and conventional weapons capabilities, its network and campaign of regional aggression, its support for terrorist groups, and the malign activities of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps and its surrogates — continue to pose an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security, foreign policy, and economy of the United States.””

Respective to Iran, Bill Clinton also issued Executive Order 12957, which it is rooted in energy: “Executive Order 12957 of March 15, 1995 Prohibiting Certain Transactions With Respect to the Development of Iranian Petroleum Resources.”

In these EOs and no matter whether it’s Clinton, Obama or Biden, the powers inherited by the Executive Office are derived from the citation of a “national emergency”, which his half of the formula for tyrannical rule in the US.

AZERBAIJAN

Now consider Azerbaijan where the US has had an operational footprint since no later than 2005: “The U.S. and Azerbaijani governments agreed April 12 to allow U.S. forces and bases to locate in Azerbaijan. The deployment will begin this year, and given the United States’ huge interest in the Caucasus, the U.S. military presence there could be long-term.” [Source]

In April 2022, the Biden Administration issued its Integrated Country Strategy in saying, “Azerbaijan’s shared border with Iran and Russia, close relationship with Turkey, and extensive energy links make it an important player in South Caucasus and European regional security. We will continue to partner with Azerbaijan to counter transnational threats, including in the areas of cybersecurity, stopping illicit trafficking, and countering violent extremism. We will also prioritize increased NATO interoperability for Azerbaijan to strengthen our joint capacity to contribute to international security efforts. Azerbaijan’s geographic location also gives it great strategic importance as an energy producer and transit hub. The United States has long recognized the importance of Azerbaijani gas exports through the Southern Gas Corridor to ensure European energy security and reduce dependence on Russian gas.”

What is Joe Biden’s preferred energy currency and which country stands in his way?

In the precise manner that Marxist communists word their intentions, the Biden Administration’s foreign policy on Azerbaijan holds that the, “U.S. Embassy Baku will strengthen its internal operations to reflect U.S. policy goals and interests and ensure we have the operational platforms in place to engage in robust bilateral diplomacy. We will implement environmentally friendly best practices across the Mission and prioritize the incorporation of diversity, equity, and inclusion into all sections and programming.”

FINAL ANALYSIS & CONCLUDING REMARKS

Against the backdrop of foreign policy coming out of the Clinton, Obama and Biden Administrations that derive from Executive Orders and focus on national security, energy and national emergencies, which are all mechanisms to circumvent Constitutional governance in the name of “safety,” and the operational footprints that the US maintains in both Armenia and Azerbaijan, there is but one conclusion to reach: The Biden Administration reversed course on its predecessor to place the US on a war footing with a trajectory toward World War III and it runs through the hear of Iran.

On that trajectory and in consideration of those facts, Iran plays a vital role in service to Western Intelligence as the geopolitical heavy that whips nation states into desired geopolitical positions with its brand of international terrorism.

This covert US/Iran relationship that is the crux of Obama’s JCPOA has been in place for decades begging the questions what did Raisi know and what evidence did he have to prove it?

Most importantly, I can’t think of a better way for the architects of war to achieve the World War III tactical objective than to assassinate the President of the world’s leading exporter of international terrorism; especially after Iran’s service to corrupt US administrations for so long.
