So much information you've put together and out there in a very compelling manner. Which makes it hard for me to offer up this critique of it as my primary reaction. But I must, the omission of this is the glaring deficit that has allowed the Marxism to grow from bad idea into bad reality:
None of what you describe would be been allowed to come to pass were it not for the complicity and embrace of Marxism by the Fascists and Oligarchs who primarily occupy the leadership of the GOP. They are co-beneficiaries of the transformation of the US from a free, western liberal capitalist republic into an authoritarian/totalitarian regime of power sharing between the Communists, Fascists and Oligarchs. The GOP has co-conspired against the American people and US Constitution to destroy us, it. Even the courts, even Trump's appointments (McConnell approved) are in on it.
Had there been a true opposition party to these Communists and Marxists you describe they never would've been able to come into power and enact and uphold clearly anti-constitutional laws. For they are more than unconstitutional, they are repugnant to the US Constitution. Upheld, nonetheless. Even by GOP justices.
Your otherwise insightful piece suffers from team-ism. Blinders to the other forces allied with the Communists in the D party and China for that matter. I'd argue that China is merely a useful foil distracting Americans from the breadth and depth of the enemy we're under siege by, the enemy within we've allowed ourselves to share our own foxholes with, wrongly believing them to be friends. They are not.
Until we see the magnitude of what we are up against we cannot even begin to defeat it. Our "friends" continue to lead us into dead-end traps, losing more and more friends by attrition along the way, dwindling our size and capabilities.

Fascists and Communists declared their mutual enemy, western liberal capitalism, was the greatest threat to their collectivist authoritarian governing models. Broken only by the egos and ambitions of the strongmen. But their alliance of totalitarian governance remained a model for the future of global governance. Their mistake was trying to win the future before they eliminated the present mutual threat they saw, free people, individualist liberty. They've learned from history so they won't be doomed to repeat it, no breaking the pact this time before we're gone.

I encourage you to give voice and direct some of your moonshine on the enemy within. The other R's in Oregon who will comply with the removal from public office of their colleagues. Who go along sheepishly saying "oh well, gotta follow the rule of law as the courts determined it." No. Arbitrary and capricious jurisprudence is not the rule of law; it is the hallmark of tyranny. They must stand defiantly, as one opposition party. Or they are complicit in their submission and mild protests promising to fight another day...that will never come.

I really think that people in America 🇺🇸 have their heads in the sand! They listen to communist media as there self medicating themselves with drugs or booze! So sad what a waste of life!
It appears the sheeple of Oregon dont understand the consequences or dont have a desire to take the right of voting seriously by doing a wee bit of research, instead of following any of the so called influencers. In the early 90s i worked at Swan island for 4 months TDY I couldn't wait to get out of Portland. Id go west to Bend (mostly climbing and car camping) in that area still a bunch of "hippies" there but much more enjoyable then west side.

I have only been following your essays for a little while Political Moonshine, but I must say I ascribe much value to your writings.
How far we have fallen as an "armed" but very dumbed down and pacified people.
