I'm not sure what is difficult about the concept, but in my case non-compliance is not obeying anything, be it mandate, rule, statute, law, or anything else, that is in direct violation of my constitutional rights. To further the concept, I will not comply with any of their plans to eliminate cash by kowtowing to the convenience of using debit cards and/or purchasing online. I will not comply with their fake "green" agenda by opting for electronic communications in lieu of paper ones, nor will I carry my own damn bag to the grocery store where I am paying top dollar just to eat and they can bloody well sack my groceries IN PLASTIC, because that's the way I like it. Do I need to continue???

Since most states' candidate deadlines have passed for ballot entry and the DNC has only allowed Biden to register as a candidate, I am curious how they will replace him. As I understand it, regardless of the DNC nomination this summer, these state registrations are unavoidable and deterministic?
I guess my point is, the DNC doesn't dictate the state laws (or at least they aren't supposed to). I can't imagine them pulling that in Texas, even as we have DEM elements trying to push us purple.
Did all the states follow state laws regarding elections in 2020? I seem to recall reading that SoS officials were changing laws (which they are not authorized to do) in how elections would proceed.
