Have you every heard of the field "Medical Sociology?"

Medical Sociology. This is the theory of medicine that uses health care to fundamentally change a society. Top-down social justice imposed through medicine. American and German eugenicists subscribe to Medical Sociology. It's also a form of "Marxist Conflict Theory" of how ruling classes can enact power through medicine. It's how totalitarianism is done:

Medical Sociology was the driving force behind the mass murders of the disabled, Jews, Gypsies and political opponents in Nazi Germany. And China has experience using Medical Sociology, Marxist Conflict Theory to fundamentally transform their nation. This book details exactly how:

I found this book when I read this Council on Foreign Relations article early in 2020, in a link it contains:

Past Pandemics Exposed China’s Weaknesses

The Current One Highlights Its Strengths

Foreign Affairs, March 27, 2020

https://web.archive.org/web/20200328050913/https://www.foreignaffairs.com/articles/china/2020-03-27/past-pandemics-exposed-chinas-weaknesses

Foreign Affairs is the world's most influential international affairs publication. Saying the US and west needed to be more like totalitarian China.

There are some very interesting chapters and sections in the Chinese book:

5.3 Discipline Imposed by Hygiene

9.4 “To Combine Health Campaigns with Mass Movements”

11 The Patriotic Hygiene Campaign and the Construction of Clean New People

13.2 “The Higher the Education Level One Has, the Sillier He Is”

13.3 “Comments on Wearing a Medical Mask”

17.3 From “the Benevolent Medicine” to the “Formula for Money-Making”

19 A Public Country and Its Expansion

20 The Logic of Disease Politics

At the same time that the world pivoted away from all of its prior pandemic plans they had prepared over decades, spent billions of dollars researching and establishing protocols, that preserved western liberal capitalism specifically to avoid becoming totalitarian nations. The timing, a coincidence?

More from the book's description:

"Diseases are everyday, ordinary occurrences intimately related to people’s daily lives. However, as the metaphor of the “Sick Man of East Asia” emerged against the backdrop of a weak modern China, health care and the curing of diseases were turned into grand state politics with far-reaching implications. This book, starting with the argument for diseases being metaphors, describes and interprets such incidents in China’s history as the Abolishment of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Patriotic Hygiene Campaign and the Cooperative Medical Services. In an effort to reveal the internal logic of disease politics in the transformation of the state-people relationship, the book analyzes key aspects including the politicization and inclusion of diseases in state governance, the double disciplining of hygiene, legitimacy construction of the state, the remaking of the nationals, and the expansion of the “publicness” of the state. The book argues that disease politics in modern China has developed following the path from nationals to the people, and then to citizens, or from crisis politics and mobilization politics to life politics."

This is how it's being done. Tried and true in communist China's fundamental transformation from Nationalists to Globalists, replacing individual rights with collective duties. With tens of millions dead by government compelling the change. A page from Stalin's "Sometimes you have to break a few eggs to make an omelette" mass murder campaign in the USSR. And Stalin's "One death is a tragedy, one-million deaths is a statistic."

How about we do everything we can to make sure we and those we love don't become "statistics?" Do not comply. Wake up friends, family, colleagues, neighbors, strangers. Don't give up. It doesn't get easier with time.

I wrote a little more about the Chinese book in this Stack last year:

All departments and agencies in the Executive branch are appointed, not elected. The agencies are also created by the President, not Congress. Most of them are about as useful as tattoos.
