This position was assumed essentially from the very beginning of this series of articles covering the FTX/Ukraine scandal and before Sam Bankman-Fried was arrested. Problematic to any prosecution being conducted with fidelity to the rule of law was the jurisdiction of SDNY respective to its concocted arrest of SBF as an interceding maneuver on SBF’s scheduled remote testimony in the U.S. House of Representatives.
