Best I can tell, the attempt to break Bruen failed, but this ruling does support red-flag laws (which are unconstitutional as red-flag laws have no Due Process).

One thing we need to remember is Governor Hochul of NY issued a proclamation. Did the NY legislature change their laws concerning open carry prior to her proclamation or after? Does Breun even apply to the Rahimi case?
I am noticing that everything this current administration does to anger us to create more division and get us to respond in a manner that will allow them to take even more of our rights or detain us in a hole somewhere forever. It is the only thing they have. We follow laws and use them. They break laws and flaunt it in our faces.

This interview with Dr. Dave Janda and Sarah Westall is fantastic. Dr. Dave Janda points out that when you try to them accountable and ask for transparency they will likely react in a manner that indicate where their true loyalties are (with the people or with their puppet master).
Rahimi was the perfect setup to challenge Breun, as NOBODY wants Rahimi to have a gun. The question is, what rules are used to prevent it. Hochul's proclamation has multiple challenges led by GOA I think.
